Vanishing Into Another Dimension?

There are many strange stories of mysterious disappearances. Everybody knows about Amelia Earhart, the Mary Celeste, Jimmy Hoffa and maybe even Ambrose Bierce, and hot zones of strange activity like the Bermuda Triangle and similar locations like the Bass Strait Triangle, The Michigan Triangle and the Devil’s Sea but I wanted to investigate the more mysterious and strange disappearances. All of these stories are true and can be found on the internet for further investigation.

In 1815, a prisoner in a Prussian gulag, named Diderici was in a chain gang walking in the prison yard for the day’s exercise. As Diderici walked with his prison inmates, he slowly began to fade in and out of view. His body became more and more transparent until Diderici disappeared altogether, and his manacles and leg irons fell empty to the ground.

On September 23, 1880, David Lang was walking across the grounds of his farm to meet Judge August Peck, and Lang’s brother-in-law, …

The Man In The Strange Picture

Ok so, well it all started when I was about 5 or 6, living in a one bedroom house with my mom, dad and sister. the house used to be two bedroom before we knocked out the wall.

The first distinct memory of any experience was more like a movie that lasted a while. And as young as I was this is something I remember very distinctly. In that house at the top of the stairs hung a very creepy picture on the wall. I hated that picture but I couldn’t begin to tell you why at that time. It was a picture that my mom had painted, it was a dark picture. And when I say dark at that time I didn’t mean evil I meant the colors very dim and dark.

In the picture was a creature I can’t quit describe exactly but It mimicked a tall, bald, skinny man. Very skinny like he was nothing but bones …

Many Strange Dreams

Ok I don’t think I have a gift or anything but for reasons unknown I’ve always had dreams of “ghosts” or what not.

I remember as a kid (between the ages of 6-13) over my grandma’s house I use to dream of a girl going around the house passing this window I was sitting at and shed disappear only two reappear by the window with holes in her eyes and would jus look at me.

Then I’d have a dream where my little cousin who was 3 at the time was sitting by the side of the bed looking at me with big wide eyes but again they were black so I kicked him out the room in my dream of course and when Id turn he’d be there watching me till I threw him out the window (seems mean but looking back on it its kinda funny to me).

Also I had a dream a Indian man was sitting …

The Dark Man Shadow

I don’t really believe in the whole ”good ghost – bad ghost” thing but I’m pretty sure that this one was getting upset.

Okay so my cousin Kyle used to live in this house that he claimed to be haunted. Of course I never believed him. I’m wasn’t totally opposed to the whole supernatural thing, but I’ve always believed that it could be true… now I’m certain that it is.

I spent the night once at Kyle’s house about two years ago. I was actually there to hang out with his sister Katlyn. I never used to like that house, it always made me feel… uneasy. They had lived there a long time ago maybe when they were about 5 or 6. Then they moved to a different house that I was perfectly fine with, it was nice and I liked it. Then, they sold it and moved back to the old ‘haunted’ one.

They had always said that there …

A True Truck Driver Ghost Story

On or around the year 2000, I was running a bid run from Gallipolis, Ohio, to Evansville, Indiana through Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. One night I was headed home around 3:00 AM on route 32E., about three or four miles west of Sardenia, Ohio.

I was running along about 67 mph when I passed a flat bed tractor and trailer running along about 55 mph, which was the speed limit. About three quarters of a mile behind me and still behind the flat bed truck, I noticed flashing lights coming up behind us, more specifically they were red lights. As they grew closer I noticed it was the old type that spun horizontally round and round. As anyone would know today, if its not blue, then you don’t worry to much. They grew closer and closer so thinking it was an emergency vehicle of some sort I did slow down to 55 just to be safe.

The cruiser came …

Something Evil In New Orleans

In 2000, when I turned 18, I packed my stuff, grabbed my guitar, moved out of my parents house in Wilmington NC, and drove to New Orleans. I’d never been there before, but grew up a huge fan of the music and had wanted to go there for as long as I could remember. I got there, found a job, and ended up moving in with two guys I worked with, who just moved into a second story apartment over a store on Magazine Street and were looking for a third to offset the bills.

It was a studio apartment. One room and a bathroom but the one room was a fairly large space. The guys were cool. We all got along. Mostly I planned to just sleep there. Between work, being a tourist, and playing guitar with the local street musicians my waking hours were taken. I also didn’t intend to stay in the city that long. I had …

Something Wicked In Wichita

A few months back I posted a story about our family’s haunted house in Hartville MO (Haunting in Hartville, and decided that this time I wanted to share a story about the experience I had when I was a young teenager.

My grandmother, who lived in Wichita, Kansas, passed away in 1983 when I was 13 years old from cancer. In her will, she left her home to my parents. We were living in Missouri at the time, but had originally come from Wichita, and my folks decided they wanted to move back and live in Grandma’s house. From the very first day we moved in, weird creepy things started happening.

My mother was the one who started having things happen to her first. The day the moving van arrived, she was alone in the house unpacking dishes in the kitchen, while I was outside helping my dad put some things in the detached garage. She was bent …

Something Dressed In Black Running On All Fours

I’m hoping someone out there could shed some light on this or have maybe seen something similar.

My sister lives in a small town in South Australia. She has been in the house for about 3 months. Just in this last week her 8 year old son was sitting on the lounge chair and saw something that looked like a boy, dressed in a black shirt and black trousers run on all fours from the lounge door to behind the other lounge chair opposite him.

On another occasion, he saw the same form standing in the driveway when he went out to play. My sister asked him what did its face look like but he said that he didn’t notice as he was too fixated on the clothes, but definitely black shirt and black pants.

My nephew has also told his grandmother in the last few days that he has had terrible nightmares of “Hell rising up and taking over …

Possession The Ring And The Cemetery Part 2

Read Part 1 of Possession The Ring And The Cemetery

I jumped on him, grabbing the scissors from his hand and throwing them to my right, where they bounced off of a wall. I sat on top of his tummy yet again, holding his arms down with my feet. I slapped him. I hit him. I had to snap him out of this. I couldn’t take it. When I was repeating I would not be abandoned again, I was saying that because when I was only three and a half years old, the woman I loved most in the world passed away, she was my Nana. Kolton means so much to be, just as much as she does. I refused to lose someone that meant so much to me twice.

He pushed me off to the other side of the bed and began hitting himself. I got back on to him, pinned his arms down and continued to weep. And …

Possession The Ring And The Cemetery

We were having a perfectly normal day, everything was alright, and everything was wonderful. We were lying down together, talking. Both of us had wanted to try the Vampirism religion. He wanted me to drink his blood. I was extremely reluctant, but in the end had given in.

I have a history of blacking out. I’m afraid of razor blades and blood. I’m not sure why, just a phobia I have held for a few years now. I’ve lost consciousness over these subjects over ten times.

Kolton reached over the side of the bed that we were lying on, and produced a small razor blade that he uses to shave his face. I began to feel slightly woozy at this, but sustained consciousness for the time being. He told me not to look, and I covered my eyes with my right hand, feeling dizzier by the grunts of pain he made as he made a cut in his arm.

He …

The Tune Of Death Part 2

Be sure to read The Tune Of Death Part 1

When I got home I told Michelle about this girl and the hearse, so we agreed to go back to the school after lunch. We finished eating and told Mom where we were going, she told us to be back before dinner time. As we were walking past the grave yard we saw the girl, standing there over a grave site. Michelle and I went into the grave yard and walked over to her. She was singing that same song that I herd her singing by the tree, But it was different. There was more added to it, she said “Come little children I’ll take thee away into a garden of magic.. Come little children your time has arrived, here in the garden of magic…” Again her back was faced to us, so we didn’t see her face. I asked her again what her name was but she didn’t answer …

The Tune Of Death

On May 25th 1992 my family and I moved to a small rural town called Springfield in Philadelphia. I had an older brother and sister Nick and Amanda, a younger brother Joshua and my twin sister Michelle and I (Sarah) were the middle children. Our fathers name is Robert and my Mothers name is Grace. We were coming from a three bedroom apartment in the Bronx in New York so the house that we moved to was like luxury to us.

It was a rather big house, and it looked very very old, like no one had lived in there for years. We walked through the front door and I immediately got a cold chill down my spine, being an old house I just thought that it was a draft through the house. My Mom and Dad were so happy that this would be a new start for all of us and that we didn’t have to share rooms with …
