Is this a Friendly Ghost or a Poltergeist?

Months ago I started feeling a presence in my apartment. It was physical. Before that, things like me having to leave for an emergency call, not but a couple minutes after throwing a frozen pizza in the oven and forgetting about it and returning only to walk into a room that was just beginning to get smoky and rushing to the oven to find a burned pizza but the oven turned off.

I also recall getting ready to punch someone. I was angry and they deserved it. I went forward to commence fighting and I felt a hand on my back pull me back.

Every so often I can feel it holding my hand and even giving me a kiss. I feel no fear because I am so used to, I will say, “her”. The strangest thing is that every night I feel the bed go down and she lays beside me.just like the weight of a person. Is this a ghost or a poltergeist?

How Can I Help Her at 3 Years Old?

I have written in the past about my daughter who had seen a blue man (ghost type). Well, I had mentioned that I believe she is gifted in that sense as am I and now have noticed my 3 year old talking about an imaginary friend named Charlie, whom my 15 year old daughter also had when she was younger until around 10 years old.

They both speak of this boy as being young and mean sometimes, to play with. I told my oldest daughter to tell him to go home if he cant play nice and it seemed to work at the end. My 3 year old has never heard us talk about Charlie, so this worries me that he is back. How can I help her at 3 year old?

Do All Spirits Understand English?

I watch ghost hunters on sci-fi channel and ghost adventures on the travel channel when they are on. There sure is a lot of paranormal hunters on TV lately.

My question is, will these spirits from foreign lands understand English when these ghost hunters try to communicate with them? I can understand England or Australia but these other countries? I seldom see a translator with them.

Mr Gilbert Ghost or Poltergeist?

Hi, I’ve recently moved into a new flat and found that in the early hours of the morning I originally heard knocks and bangs in the first few weeks of living there. I appear to hear furniture moving, but when I go and check what has happened, nothing has moved.

A couple of weeks later,in the early hours of the morning I find that miniature objects(such as curtain hooks & pennies resting on a table) are ‘Jumping on the spot’ and making a clicking sound.

I have a few questions regarding if this is a ghost or Poltergeist

I have a Guitar in my lounge, hung from the wall & Rigged with a plectrum across the strings (so the strings don’t sound)yet in the early hours of the morning I hear the strings ringing out as if being plucked. How can this happen?

Can you please tell me if this could be the early stages of a Poltergeist or could it be a ghost?

Is there a Top 10 online of what Poltergeists or ghosts like to throw?

I also have experience with Runes and thinking of making a circle of Thurisaz(Protection), but I am concerned that Thurisaz uses gray magic & literally defined means ‘Thorn that pricks’ and may offend the spirit. How would the spirit rebel against me? Could this turn a peaceful spirit into an angry Poltergeist?

Know Any Good Ghost Stories?

What is your favourite ghost story and why? It could be a real one, a made up one, an old one or a new.

Mine would have to be the first I ever read, as a child of about nine. It comes from Glamis Castle in Scotland and has to do with the man who ‘diced’ with the devil. He might actually have played cards.. but (shrug).

When I was grown up I went to Scotland and visited the castle, and stood before the wall (now covered in battle axes and other iron weapons) that covers the ‘secret room’. The owners will still not allow anyone to go through that wall, and weird sounds are heard from the room when the moon is full. The castle is haunted, of course.. and they have a chapel dedicated to fallen angels.. fascinating place!

So, what about you?

Who Are These Spirits?

I would like to know how would you find out who is in the house if you got spirits?

The reason I’m asking is because at night i will go lay down and i can hear music playing and i use to fuss at the children then when i check on them they were a sleep. Now they are gone but i still hear them.

My TV would turn on at night plus every once in a while i can feel someone touching me even in the day light i would look around but nothing i just like to know who it could be with us.

How Can I Get Rid of this Ghost?

Since last year my children and I have been bothered by ghosts in my house. It became apparently bad when my daughter heard it screaming woke me and I heard it too. Her face was drained of color and she had been crying all night.

I had a paranormal TV crew come to my house around Christmas. Ever since then it has gotten worse, it started speaking to me and my kids. It grunts and growls bangs on the floor above us during the day.

My daughters say it walks down the stairs they say it is a dark shadow. I have not told you the worst parts but you get the drift.

It is now attacking me in my sleep. My daughters hear me talk in a mans voice and they say I tremble and choke. I get up and sit and stare into the bathroom and at my youngest daughter. I don’t remember doing this at all.

How do I get rid of it? I do not go to church. But I believe in God and have rebuked it, read scripture aloud and used sage.

Throughout my life I saw a figure like everywhere I went and whenever something bad was gonna happen to me it told me to go somewhere else.

A person I hated said he was gonna “mess me up.”And it told me to get away from where I was and the next day my friend called me and said he was looking for me.

Could this be my guardian angel?

Electrical Problems or a Ghost?

I’ve lived in my house for 15 years and up until a few years ago never experienced a single thing. One of my bedrooms is up at the front of my house separated from my master bedroom. I live alone. A few years ago, I started observing that every time I went into this bedroom, one of my lamps was turned on… the same one. No matter how many times I turn it off, it’s back on the next time I enter the room. I figured there was a short in the lamp and didn’t think too much of it.

About 6 months ago, I heard a beeping coming from that bedroom and when I investigated, it turned out to be a battery operated travel alarm clock I have sitting on one of my nightstands. No one had been in my house but me and I did not set it. This kind of freaked me out and I rationalized that possibly the battery was low and caused it to malfunction. But it happened again last night.

And a few weeks ago, someone rang my doorbell very vigorously at 2 a.m. on a weeknight, sending me leaping from my bed and running to the front door with my 380 in hand. No one was there. This bedroom is right at the front of the house near the front door and the doorbell. I thought it might have been an old boyfriend or a kid in the neighborhood. I called the police and talked to several of my neighbors and apparently, I am the only one who had my doorbell rung.

Now I am starting to get a little nervous about all this because it seems to be happening with more frequency. I have 2 dogs and one of them sometimes barks for no apparent reason but she has always had issues so it could just be her. What do you think? Is this just a series of weird circumstances or do I have something else to worry about?
