Conducting Ouija Board Sessions

I have read this site and one thing I do not see in much detail is how you people are conducting you Ouija sessions!

Myself I have never touched a Ouija board, nor will I ever, nor will I ever endorse it, or use it at one of my company’s Ghost Hunting Events.

I am one of the lucky ones who get to speak to spirit in a controlled environment (Closed Physical Circle) with plenty of protection every week.

Please be cautious should you decide to dabble with Spirit / Ouija boards, because if you chose to play with fire sooner or later you can get burnt. My family used to use them and were very lucky to get a good guide, she did stay with them all the time and never went until they formed their first Closed Physical Circle in around 1970 and they were told by spirit communicators through direct voice under no circumstances do you ever …

Cemetery Scare with a Twist

When I was younger my best friend’s brother committed suicide. My friend was over one day and he was telling me about some weird things going on in his house that he assumed was just the ghost of his brother. His brother used to like to play a lot of jokes and he was a goofy, friendly guy so it was in his nature to play a cruel joke on people just to get a kick out of their reaction.

Anyway, after my friend finished telling me what was going on, an old toy of mine turned on by itself. My friend and I looked at each other and I laughed and he very seriously stated it was his brother, but I didn’t believe him.

So just last week, another friend of mine decided to visit the cemetery of my friend’s dead brother with a Ouija board just to see if we could get it working. We went at nighttime …

I Used Ouija Boards

I used Ouija boards in my late teens and early 20?s – I haven’t touched one since I left university 21 years ago. I had many interesting, and even funny experiences but I was lucky. In fact, we were possibly protected because we were warned by the spirits to stop.

We talked to a man from Newcastle who murdered a child, he wasn’t ‘evil’ or even scary, he was desperate. He told us he was alone in nothingness, surrounded by blackness, he didn’t know how to help himself or get out of that dark place. We talked to him a lot, we felt sympathy for him and he was never threatening.

We lived in a hall of residence, and in one session, the board spelt out ‘by the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes’ and seconds later, our friend walked in. In our 2nd year, we all fell out because she started acting oddly, after the fall …

Home Made Ouija Board Experience

My name is Dom, I am 16 years old, and my strangest experience with the Ouija Board was only a month ago, but it seemed to affect my friend more than me. Here is the story…

One night, me and my friend Conner were walking back home to mine after being out with a few friends. We knew that playing the PlayStation all night would get boring, so we thought of doing something much more fun. I suggested doing a Ouija Board, and Conner was up for it, but at the same time anxious and nervous. So we waited for my mum to go to bed.

When she went to bed, we made the board out of four pieces of paper, observing on what one looks like on the Internet. We were drinking at the time, and I was reading on the Internet again that it is more dangerous to do a Ouija Board whilst abusing alcohol and drugs, but …

A Demon Corrupted My Mind

I am currently 12, but just because I’m young doesn’t make my story bad. Let me show you what happened two years ago…

My friend moved away, so I was very sad at the time (Maybe that made me exposed to the demon). One of my other friends brought a Ouija board to school to show everyone. It was recess and there was a crowd of maybe ten people watching, playing, and/or waiting for a turn. I finally got my turn to play, but my instincts were screaming at me not to. I got to the board and I somehow I thought of this question: where do we go when we die? It said hell. That was a big mistake on my part.

The next day I had a headache, I didn’t have a nightmare surprisingly (Maybe the demon was settling in?). I was going out to recess the next day at school, and I saw shadow creature standing where …

The Exorcist and Ouija Boards

Did you know that the movie “The Exorcist” is actually based on the exorcism of a 13-year-old boy, who is known as “Roland Doe?” He lived in the Washington D.C. area and this boy’s “Aunt Tillie” bought an Ouija Board-which they both used.

In the movie “The Exorcist,” they clearly portray Regan, (who becomes possessed) showing her mother an Ouija Board that she used to contact an entity named “Mr. Howdy.”

Just thought you should know that and I have my own story to tell.

I and a friend of mine used an Ouija Board on two occasions in 1984, but nothing happened both times while we were using it. About a week later, I was at home with only my infant daughter there with me, doing dishes, when I heard a voice plainly say my name about 3 feet behind me and to my right. It said my name rather quickly. The voice wasn’t evil sounding but it definitely …

My Strange Experience

My name is Ellie, and I had a really strange experience a couple of years ago.

It was during the summer holidays, and I lived in a big house on a small estate. My best friend at the time Becky had come over for a sleepover, and she brought her Ouija Board with her.

We asked if there was any spirits in the room, and we got “yes”. Becky asked for a name, and we got “Jacob”. I then asked politely if we could ask more personal questions, and ‘Jacob’ replied “no”. Becky smiled at me, and ignored his ‘no’ answer, and asked him how he’d died. He didn’t reply, so she asked again. Again, no answer. I told her to be careful as Becky’s sister Louise had told us her stories and experiences with these boards.

So I asked ‘Jacob’ if he was angry with us, and he replies “yes”. I apologized, and so did Becky, and then she …

Natural Witch?

When I was about 14 I began to experience many unexplainable out of this world things. One day my brother found a Ouija board in the back yard of our apartment building. He came in shouting of excitement that he had found one and wanted me and my two other siblings to play with it. My mother heard him and asked to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Days passed and I found that board was under his bunk bed. I confronted him and asked why he didn’t throw it away as our mother had asked. He replied, he simply was curious and wanted to play with it only once. He admitted to me that he had played with it several times. Every since I can remember, my brother Joe has always “seen” ghosts. This explains why he’s so interested in the paranormal and such.

My mother found the board and threw it away. Days passed and I …

My Encounters in St Louis Missouri

I have had several encounters with the paranormal, ever since I was in third grade, the first, and by far scariest, was at Buder Elementary, I was in third grade, and I was in the hall, coming back from the bathroom, when I heard footsteps on the stairs below me, naturally I stopped, to  see if it was one of my friends, but that’s when it got weird, the footsteps continued to the steps I was on, and as they passed me, I felt a gust of air, like someone quickly passed me, but no person was visible, the footsteps continued to the top stairs, and down the hall, I followed them, and when I got to the top, I saw a broom closet door open, and close by itself, I ran back downstairs, and hurried to class-via the opposite stairwell, and I rarely used that stairwell the rest of third grade.

The second was at the house my great, …

The Guardian and Satan

Well, it all started when I was 5. Although I don’t remember any of this, my grandmother always told me that when I would get in trouble and be sent to my room, I would shut off all the lights, shut the door, and sit cross-legged in front of my closet. One night my grandmother walked past my door and heard me talking. At first she thought I was talking to my sister, but she was in the living room. She opened the door to hear me answering questions and also asking them. This went on for a few weeks until my grandma (momo) asked me who I was speaking to. and I would always say, “the man in the closet.” Even though I would say that, momo would look and no one would be there. (naturally).

That very night my grandma was awakened by a shadow of my mother shaking her foot repeatedly. Finally when my mom stopped she …

Imaginary or a Real Ghost?

I am 19 now and it’s been six years now that my imaginary friend talks to me. I don’t know if she’s real or not but I’ve got a distinct feeling she’s an old woman. She follows me everywhere. How do I know? I can sort of feel another presence with me even when my friends aren’t around, she’s there with me. Walking beside me and for some reason I have the tendency to turn my head to look in just one direction even when I’m with my parents, she seems to be offering suggestions and her opinions.

I named her Kanna and she always suggests things to me as if she’s coaching me. She’s been around since I was thirteen. I don’t know if it’s just my imagination or if I’m just panicky, but I feel something watching me at night which makes it hard for me to sleep sometimes and to support this tale a bit, my family …

The Craft and My Sister

My sister was only 14 years of age when I lost her to the supernatural world [so I believe] she believed in all that kind of things she practiced it as if she really knew what she was doing, I always thought she was weird stupid and crazy. Me and her never really spoke because when she spoke, she would only speak of her project which was a self made Ouija board I would always think she was lying because she would talk about details that made no sense at all. One day I decided to ask her what did she believed in and why? Well she responded “I have my doubts about God and the Devil so maybe atheist”, then I asked then what are the symbols and stuff you practice for hours? she said “Craft”.

My sister didn’t look Gothic or acted like it with other people out side of her room, she was a Vegetarian and had …
