Haunted Rental Home on Dead End Street

My father had rented a small house on a dead end street in the suburbs. He lived there for a few years with my step-mom. While I can’t account for the experiences they had, I can tell you about the ones I had when I moved in.

First off before it was passed to me, it was passed to my brother. One night before I had moved in I was house-sitting. Sleeping in the only bedroom downstairs I awoke to the loudest sound of crashing breaking glass. I honestly thought someone had thrown a brick through the living room window. I was so scared I called the police to come and investigate the property. They walked everywhere including going down to the basement and walking all around the backyard. Hauntings in Old Town Alexandria Virginia

I don’t know if you know this, but Old Town, Alexandria in Virginia is said to be very haunted. It is about six miles away from Washington D.C., and about an hour and a half away from Richmond, Virginia.

Anyway, my family lives in a very old house in the historical part of the town. My older sister has always had sort of a “sixth sense” for paranormal activity, such as feeling presences and hearing footsteps when I can’t. There is a back hallway where my sister and I share a room. She has been telling me about experiences she has had in that room for the longest time.

Growing up Psychic

Ever since I was born I had the ability to see ghosts. I mostly noticed them in the home and felt a bit scared of them. When I was four I noticed this woman possibly thirty years of age and she had this scowl on her face and I felt that we shared the home with her. She had dark brown hair and although she never bothered me she did watch me a bit.

I remember one time my mom was playing a racing game and she fell asleep while playing (It’s not a habit of hers and never was.) Ghost Girl in Hayward California

I am a 15 year old boy who lives with his father in Hayward, California. I just moved into a new house that made me feel strange. Not long after we moved in and got everything settled, I started to experience paranormal things.

The first night I was in bed and I heard a small girl laughing. Thinking it was my five year old sister I got up and walked into the room. Nobody was there. Possible Haunting at Work

I’ve been working at my current part-time job to make some extra cash while in school since I was 16, I’m now 22 and about to graduate college. I work at a catering place that does pretty well and has been around since about the late 70s early 80s. After working there for about 3 years, I was told a story about a woman that was the wife of a man that had owned the building before the company I worked for had bought it. From what they told me her name was Margaret and apparently she found out that her husband was cheating on her and decided to hang herself where the offices used to be. That area is now converted into an attic/storage area where most of the Christmas decorations and newly ordered glasses are stored.

Ghostly Dream in Baguio Philippines

This happened in one of the popular vacation (and haunted) places in the Philippines when I was about 15. But still, this story haunts me.

Every summer, we would go up in Baguio to escape the city’s heat. Baguio is located in the northern part of the Philippines. It was once occupied by the Americans during the World War II. Since its located above sea level, it’s climate is pretty cold. Tourists and locals alike, flock there for the view, the history and the cold.

We stayed in one of the old vacation lodges there together with family and friends. We had been going there for quite a while staying in some of the houses, but this time, we’re able to stay in the middle lodge, which is the biggest.

Can a Heightened Sixth Sense be Genetic?

My first experience with this genetic gift/curse:

When I was seven years old I lived in an extremely old house, probably built in the early 1900′s. My sister, who is three years younger than me, and I shared a room with bunk beds. She had the bottom bunk, and I had the top (since she was only four and it was hard for her to get in the top bunk). Visitation for the Dogs and First Granddaughter

I had a story about dogs and a ghost that recently has just cross my mind. It is not my own experience. It’s my mother and grandmother from my father side that experience it.

My grandfather from my father side loved dogs and had quite a lot of dogs throughout his life. Almost all his relative loves dogs. There was one unusual thing that happened around his death. One of his dogs was suddenly upset as if it knew that my grandfather had just died and it let out a long, long sad howl. It loved my grandfather a lot and it felt so lonely and sad that it kept waiting next to the gate to my grandfather house for days after days. Maybe it wished that my grandfather would come home through the gate like usual. The Glass Door

We’d been walking around all night, knocking on people’s houses and messing around, then we headed back to Emily’s house. We ate some pizza. We emptied our bags of sweets into the middle of the front room. All of our quilts and pillows were laid on the floor, and we sat around the sweets talking, and having fun, having a good night, like it was supposed to be. Like people our age would have.

Haunted WW2 Vintage Aircraft in Darwin

Having accumulated some local notoriety in Darwin for having my experiences printed here, (Darwin is still a small town) I am now being approached by others to share their stories. This was told to me by our builder last week as he fixed our air conditioner.

The Darwin CBD has been built up and is now accruing a modern set of high rise apartments. First one must understand that Darwin was bombed by the Japanese during WW2 on 19/2/1942, in fact, by the same strike force that bombed Pearl Harbour a few months before on 7/12/1941. Aircraft engines from crashed planes were found in the CBD during recent excavations for new buildings.

This odd event happened to the builder’s father, who now lives in one of the new high rise apartments. He claimed he was awakened in the pre-dawn by the drone of multiple aircraft extremely close to his building and went out on to his balcony to see what …

Did My Mother Communicate with Me after Death?

Before I start with telling my story, I would just like to say that I don’t know if this is a supernatural experience or not. I have always been sensitive and open to the possibilities of life after death and ghosts, having only a couple of other experiences that I would rather not touch on. I was raised as a Christian, so I do believe that there is a heaven and a hell (and probably a lot of other stuff in between).
