Ghostly Dream in Baguio Philippines

This happened in one of the popular vacation (and haunted) places in the Philippines when I was about 15. But still, this story haunts me.

Every summer, we would go up in Baguio to escape the city’s heat. Baguio is located in the northern part of the Philippines. It was once occupied by the Americans during the World War II. Since its located above sea level, it’s climate is pretty cold. Tourists and locals alike, flock there for the view, the history and the cold.

We stayed in one of the old vacation lodges there together with family and friends. We had been going there for quite a while staying in some of the houses, but this time, we’re able to stay in the middle lodge, which is the biggest.

One night, we decided to play dare on the porch. Braving the night to see if ghosts are real, peeking in windows of unoccupied lodges, really just to scare ourselves …
