Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

Okay so its not really a ghost story. But it is. Its a mix of a dream and a story. Here it goes.

I was 18 at the time. (I’m 21 now). I was having this dream about my mom. My room was in the basement at the time, as it was in this dream. And our laundry room came off of that, as in the dream. So in the dream I was talking to my mom in the laundry room. She was folding clothes and we were just talking. Then she turned to the folding table but stopped and was looking behind me. Then I felt a hand on my right shoulder. I turned around slowly but then looked at my mom. The hand was tightening its grip while all this was going on. She was scared, so I turned around really fast to see what this hand was.

When I turned around in my sleep I for real turned around in real life. I guess my head jerked or something but it woke me up. Here’s the weird thing. I was sleeping on my left side. When I was conscious enough to know I wasn’t sleeping I still felt a hand on my shoulder, very tight. My whole arm was numb and my shoulder was freezing cold. I woke up a little more and then the hand was gone but my arm was very tingly.

The thing is I wasn’t laying on my right side at all so I know it couldn’t have been lack of blood flow. A side note – one of my friends had told me that my house was haunted by a woman who only went into my living room upstairs and into the basement, where my room was.

Another thing is a story my dad told me. I’m kinda putting two stories on here but I think they explain each other. This ones kinda short anyway. My dad was talking on the computer with this woman. They both had their cameras going so they could see each other. As they were talking my dad mentioned something about how the basement (this was a few years later and he lived in this basement at the time) would randomly get cold, and he was kinda cold at the time. Then the woman, out of no-where, said, “who is that behind you? You didn’t tell me you had company.” My dad told her that no one was there and when he turned around he said he saw no one, but his friend insisted that there was a man behind him at that very moment.

So those are my stories. they are both true to every bit of knowledge that I have and I haven’t added anything other than what I remember to them. Thanks all for reading.
