Now for the story.
I was only about 10 when I saw my first ghost. It was a Saturday night and I had stayed up late. It was about 11:30 when I decided I wanted to go to bed.
I looked down the hall and saw this image of a ghost. The ghost looked like he was carrying a sign and he also looked as if he was wearing a top hat. I was really scared by this point. I took a step back then I suddenly dropped my notepad. My eyes fixed onto the ghost, he turned.
As he stared at me for a few seconds I felt cold and unable to move, he turned to face the wall then he was gone. I stayed staring at the blank wall for a minute or so then I picked up my notepad and ran over to the wall. I touched it, but I didn’t understand how he could just vanish.
A few weeks later I went to my friends house for a sleep over. I was going into the bath room to brush my teeth. When I had finished I looked down the stairs and I saw the man again. He stared at me this time. I waved to him and it looked as if he smiled.
I was about to read what his sign said but then my friend came out of her room to see where I had gotten to. I looked at her then I looked back at where the ghost was but he was gone. That night I stayed up staring at the door to see if he would come in but he didn’t.
I always look back at the hall when I go to bed now in hope of seeing him again, but so far I haven’t. One question will always stay with me, did I see him or was it all in my mind? Some people won’t believe me about this, I am only 14 now and I have already seen a few ghosts. Sometimes it scares me as my friends always want to see ghosts but if they knew the terror that went through my body they wouldn’t be so keen, I can tell you that for a fact.

have you tried meditating to conncet and contact him again? [ i don't mean like sitting crosslegged and humming mantras like, "oum..."] the best and effective meditation i know and usually do is the awareness one — basically you just sit/ or lay and just listen to silence and quiet you mind. do this daily, morining and night, and you will be able to contact him …
