Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

A few things have happened to my family and friends I don’t know them all so I will just tell you what I know.

When my mum was a bit younger her Nan died and a bit after she woke up at night with a cold draft and looking at the bottom of the bed she saw a person which was her Nan just stud there a while after she left no explanation to what she saw maybe she was dreaming but maybe she wasn’t.

When my mum moved in with my dad to a flat they moved in everything was fine but after a while they would wake up with pictures in different places and things just moving around with no explanation.

A few years ago, when my brother was around three or four, they lived in a cottage in the middle of no where, just two houses for around one to two miles. They lived there for a few years. As he was only around three he was meant to have a imaginary friend but it turns out that the lavender lady was not an imaginary friend, she was a ghost. When she came you would hear the piano go off and the smell of lavender came out of no where since my mum doesn’t like smells she noticed it right away. Soon Dan was coming down the stairs at night saying, “she’s here, she’s here,” and she would read a book to him and he would be asleep when they came up.

His friend lived in this bungalow and in his room was the hatch to the attic. At night he would go to sleep like always but he would get woken at night by smoke in his room or by noises like footsteps from up in the attic. They didn’t know what it was but it got so annoying that he could not sleep in that room very well. So his brother and friend, I think it was I’m not too sure, but they went up to the attic and as they were up there events happened that no one knows what went on. As they came back down a few minutes after as white as a sheep and not talking they still wont say. And none will tell me where that house is as I would go and see for myself what happened.

My friend has a poltergeist in her house mainly around her and not other people its normally in her room and you feel like you’re being watched when you’re in there with her. Plus when I’m at mine I feel like someone is there with me when I go up stairs or when I’m in my room at night. When I’m alone I’ll hear noises upstairs or sometimes down stairs if it is morning and I’m upstairs. But everyone is out at work or at friends and I check because everyone has a car apart from me and if its gone they are and I always check but no one.
