Holy Spirit or Something Else?

I believe this could be the Holy Spirit or something else.

Ok well one night I prayed to the Holy Spirit to show me what I am supposed to do next in following Jesus Christ. Later that night somehow I tried waking up but could not for some reason. I was not able to breath or even open my eyes to see what was going on, and I was not even able to move all I could let out was a tiny little whimper and that was it.

It was not demonic because I never felt no evil or malicious presence. I never heard any demonic laughs or curses at me from any kind of demon or ghost. It still keeps me wondering about what happened or why this happened.

Shadows in My Basement

Hello. I’ve been living in my new house for about eight months now and have been experiencing some strange things. Let me start off by telling you, my father died six years ago on the 21st of this month. I believe that my father and my grandfather (who has now been dead for 32 years) follow my family wherever we go. They don’t really concern me as far as ghosts go. They’ve never bothered me as far as I know, but I know they are there. I have a hard time seeing ghosts, but I can feel their presence. Usually I don’t even know dad or grandpa are there. I’ve lived in haunted houses before and can tell the difference if it is one of them, or something else. And I strongly believe that this is something else.

Embarrassing Lock Out

So my story begins with me looking after my Uncles house here in Johannesburg as he went away for a week.

The house is very old, could of even been built early 20′s -30′s very old ceilings and floor boards. and the neighborhood is also a very old Jewish one too.

Anyway, I am lying on the couch watching the tube when I hear a noise outside that startles me and the dogs. It was a hot summer night with little or no breeze at all so I was on the couch in my briefs or Boxer shorts when this noise happened. Strange Creature an Entity in the Woods

This isn’t so much a story as a question. The question being, what is it? I have searched the internet trying to figure out what this was and why it happened but I cannot find anything. I’ve had one experience with a shadow figure but it was nothing compared to this. So now I will tell you what happened to my family and maybe somebody can help me with it.

Ghost of a Little Girl in the Park

It was a calm summer evening with my best friend Mike so we took a walk to the park. Once we have arrived at the park we found a nice picnic table to enjoy our weed. We started smoking pot and had a great time. At least until we started seeing things, which is usually normal if you’re doing drugs.

At first we thought we were just seeing things because we were high. Then things got weird. Mike would say “Dude, why is there a girl at the swings at this time by herself?” At the same time I saw a little girl with long silky brunette hair, wearing a white dress, and a blue bow tied to the back of her hair to keep it together in a ponytail. The Devils Calling Card

On an evening just before Halloween of 2001, I was at home folding laundry and playing with my infant son when my ex’s cousin who was significantly older than me came over for an unannounced visit. I have always been fascinated with the paranormal and have had many personal experiences ever since I can remember. Before I went to bed I watched Ghost Adventures (the one with Zak Bagans) I turned the TV off at midnight and went to bed. I fell asleep pretty quickly. I’d had some pretty horrible dreams shortly after. I don’t remember them, I just know they were freaky.

As the last dream ended, I felt as if I had woken up, but my eyes were still closed. I heard a man in my ear laughing kinda demonically. I tried to cover my ears and curl into a ball, but my arms and legs wouldn’t move. So, I tried to scream and tell him to stop, but all I heard were whispers. That’s when I really woke up. Imaginary Friend or Not?

I never claimed to see a real ghost or get involved in paranormal  things but one thing I can say though is the difference in energy surrounding an individual or a place. My family in every generation had someone who was out of the ordinary though what ever qualities the might possess were never prominent, just certain things that would allow them to sense things that others couldn’t .

When my parents built a new house I was really excited except it died almost immediately when we moved in. I could sense there was something wrong something was definitely making my senses uneasy. The thing I noticed the most was that my otherwise calm mother would lose her temper the second she stepped in through the threshold of the front door. Black Shadow Figure

When I was 17 years old I had this encounter and I’m still trying to figure out what happened I’m 30 now. I was sleeping one night in my bedroom which is at the back of the house but you can look out and see the kitchen from my bedroom.

My mother who is a nurse and works all kinds of crazy hours was at  work and because she comes home late I leave the light on above the hood of the stove so once she enters the house she can see where she is going without having to turn all the lights on in the house. Someone Was Following Me

I’ve written on here before about my daughter and the things she sees, and some of the odd experiences she’s had. I truly believe, more and more as she gets older, that she sees things most people don’t.

This event happened when she was 6 (she’s 9 now) and my son was 3. My little boy was at his father’s house for the night and my daughter was in the bathtub. I was putting away laundry which required several trips up and down the hall to each of the bedrooms, passing the open bathroom door and glancing in to check on her every time I went by. After about 4 or 5 trips past the bathroom, she called me so I paused to see what she wanted.

She says, “I thought Brother wasn’t here.” I answered, “He’s not, he’s at his daddy’s.” What she said next nearly made me drop my stack of freshly folded towels!

Dark Entity Haunts a Murder Site

In the fall of 2008, I was eating out with two friends, and the subject of ghosts came up. “Brad” mentioned a nature reserve some miles from town called Gitchie-Manitou, in northwest Iowa. A few miles to the north is the Minnesota border, and you hit South Dakota if you go a little ways west. According to Brad, he’d gone there some time before with another group of friends, and was attacked by some evil force.

Gitchie-Manitou Reserve is of historical significance because it’s believed to be an ancient Native American burial ground. Additionally, four teenagers were viciously attacked and murdered there by a pair of brothers in the 1970s. Also in the ’70s, a young person claimed to have seen an “alien” at this place. So all in all, Gitchie seems to be a hotbed of paranormal occurrences.

Seeing My Grandfather

Well I was about seven or eight when one night I was told by my grandmother that she thought that she was being visited by my grandfather at night. I had asked her what made her think that she was, and she told me that at the same time every night while she would be lying in bed watching the news she would either get the smell of a freshly struck match or the smell of pipe tobacco. Now my grandmother didn’t smoke and she told me that when my grandfather was alive every night before he turned in he would either smoke a cigarette or smoke his pipe.
