The Irish Banshee is typically known as a foreteller of death and is associated with the people of the mounds, commonly called The Good People or Fearies/Fairy. They also may be an ancestral spirit appointed to forewarn members of certain ancient Irish families of their time of death such as the O’Brians, O’Gradys and so forth.

It was three years ago when school had just finished, and summer break began. I was 15 and didn’t really believe in paranormal activity like ghosts. During the year, I became friends with another fellow 15 year old named David in our high school guitar class. He always talked about ghosts when he had the chance, but I still always thought of it as fiction.

I’ve also experienced these weird unusual sleep paralysis. I understand the whole concept of how we get sleep paralysis within a scientific reasoning. My Agony Dealing with the Paranormal

It has been 15 years since our experience with ghosts. My family and I moved into a rental home in June of ’94 in San Antonio,Texas. We had no idea what was in store for us.

I saw the first apparition the moment we moved in. It was a tall shadowy figure standing in the corner of the dining room. It resembled the shadow portrait of Abraham Lincoln as far as stature. My Life of Terror

1994 -1995

My family moved into my old house in 1994, I was 2 years old at the time. The first night we moved in my sister and I started to hear organ music coming from our bedroom closet. I got up and went to investigate and when I opened the closet doors there was a man leaning against the doorway. I could see only his body and his hair but I couldn’t see the face and he was 6 feet tall. We screamed and when my mom ran in and turned on lights he was gone (She said it was just a nightmare.)

Talking to a Friend in Hell

I’ll tell you what he told me. His name is Drew and he was a gang member from my area that died and went to hell. He said that it is very dark and smoldering hot where he is. Demons Wanted to Take Over My Body

When I was 16 years old and in the 9th grade I became very depressed and I felt like I wanted to kill myself. On October 13, 2006 I tried committing suicide by taking all of my mom’s medication. She had about 6 bottles of different medications and I swallowed all of them. After that I began hallucinating and thank god my mother found me on time and took me to the emergency room. The doctors pumped my stomach and said I was very lucky to be alive, I swallowed over 100 pills and I was still living. They kept me in the hospital for a couple of days for observation.

Sleep Paralysis Hallucinations

Hello, I am Daniela from California and I am about to tell you about some very disturbing dreams that I have often. Lately once in a while though. I have heard of sleep paralysis and have read about it and how they say that it is actually “demons” trying to take your soul, or about the “old hag” and all sorts of names in which this could be. Well, whatever it is I have had my share of hallucinations during this half awake, half asleep state, and let me tell you, they are very creepy and disturbing.

One of the scariest ones I have had was when I saw a fat old headless woman at the foot of my bed, and she was moaning in a very creepy way holding her head in her hand. She was wearing a white apron stained with blood.

Ghosts Are With You Wherever You Are

This is a classic story, but, it’s true. That makes it better. I was born in the summer of 1976, my Father was a realtor and my mother was a stay at home mom. At the time, my sister Hailey, wasn’t born yet. My grandmother, Georgia died, six days before my birth. She was found dead in her basement, sitting in her recliner, and had apparently just stopped living, everything in her just stopped. The old farm hand, had found her. My mother got the house, and her brother got the animals that lived on Grandma’s farm. Dealing With Demons

Demons… an evocative word, to be sure, and one we’re all familiar with. In our modern age, it almost seems paradoxical that the spiritually minded hears about more and more ordinary people having run-ins with these legendary entities, and yet this seems to be the case. Perhaps it’s due to our increased ability to communicate and hear news from increasingly far-flung areas of society… perhaps there are no more “demonic” encounters than there ever have been, we’re just hearing about ones we wouldn’t have in the past. Or maybe the troubled times in which we live has given rise to an increase in demonic activity.
