Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

All my life I have had this sort of connection with the ghost world. Well it seems that the older I get the more powerful this sense gets. Same with my very good friend Erika. Erika is also what people call a medium (A person who has some sort of 6 sense.) Anyway I have many stories from her house.

Erika lives in a huge apartment area. These apartments are very ghetto and there is always bad things happening over in creek side such as killings, people getting raped, fights, gangs, things like that. (I’m telling you this so you know how haunted it is.) Anyway one of my stories is Erika sleeps in her living room because her uncle from Mexico is recently living with her family and is staying in her room.

One night Me and Erika were sitting on her couch lying down, Erika fell asleep about a half an hour ago. As I sat on the couch I began to hear one of the chairs in her kitchen suddenly pull out. (Like someone has just gotten up.) I sat there just waiting wondering what would happen. Then I heard foot steps one by one walk slowly but very loudly until I heard them stop right on the side of the couch. (Erika has no pets and everyone was in there room sound asleep, it was very late.) Then I have no idea why but I just got so tired I fell asleep too scared to turn around and see who or what was standing next to the couch.

While I was sleeping I felt all night something touching me I awoke finally to see that there was a man I have never seen before in my life standing over the couch just watching me. I screamed as he slowly just turned around and walked through a wall. Like I said I screamed but no one woke up not even Erika who was right next to me, I’m guessing it was so late they were all in a deep sleep. I just lay there trying to figure out what just happened, I have never seen a ghost so clearly but I have seen a ghost foggy. I had this strange disgusted feeling. I finally fell asleep again and woke up once more.

I woke up to not being able to breath. I gasped for air but couldn’t even move, I have no idea why it seemed like my bones just wouldn’t move at all. I woke up almost every five minutes to the same thing. Finally I moved my finger slightly and poked Erika pushing very very hard on her arm but this was all I could do, she never awoke though. I then was too tired and weak to even care about me not being able to breath so if I couldn’t breath I would just sit there and try to fall asleep.

I woke up in the morning and told Erika all that happened that night. As I described the man her eyes widened. she said her grandfather looked as what I was describing.
