My friend told me about astral projection about a year ago. He said that it was an amazing experience and that I should try it to.
At first I was a little skeptical so I did some research. I forgot what the article was but it is what got me inspired to try it.
I tried on my own at first but when that didn’t work I got a binuaral beat that was supposed to help but every time I got close the vibration that was supposed to mean I am about to separate stopped.
