It all started when I was real young, maybe about 5 or so maybe even younger, I don’t really remember. I used to see a shadow person in the form of a hat man pacing the garage through a window in my room. Every now and then he tipped his hat to me and stared at me with his piercing white eyes. When I was nine years old, my father had went into the hospital to undergo gallbladder surgery, and he found out during that time that he had colon cancer, and would only have a month left to live. It was a very difficult and sad time for our entire family, especially for my mom, because my father was her life. She had never been alone before (except when my dad went out to sea while serving in the Navy, which he had retired from after 25 years), and of course she was totally terrified. He had always been there for her, and his children, and made sure we were always taken care of and well provided for.

Something is in The House

This story occurred at my friends farm house, where he lived with his grandfather. I was about 18 just got back from boot camp. Our door bell rang and it was my buddy from school to welcome me home. He offered me a job getting his grandfathers cattle ready to be moved by the following month.

His grandfather was dieing and needed help. In Alabama everyone is family, more so in my home town than anywhere I have been. So I took the job and it was great. Until strange things started happening. We would go to the house and the door would be wide open and the fan would be on.

A Little People Episode

I’ve read several stories that had references to little people. I’ve heard from  those who claim to have seen them when they were children or have relatives that had direct dealings with them. Here is one from a place that all of the residence still hold to certain beliefs. One of which is Deer woman, and little people.

When I lived in “Kenwood” Oklahoma for a short time the Cherokees, (this was an all Cherokee town, but not a reservation. In 2004 my children and I moved back to my hometown that I had grown up in. We all were pretty devastated due to the loss of our home from a fire.

My sister lived in a house that was pretty old. When we first walked into her home a picture that was sitting on a small but sturdy shelf fell off. It happened to be a family portrait of my family. My sister said it’s O.K. She said to me that I should not worry if I hear strange noises or if things disappear. Things like the picture might get moved. When I was almost two years old my parents made their divorce final. At the age of fie I was started at a psychiatrist to help me deal with the ‘emotional scarring’ of the divorce. Even at that young age, I had the ability I have now. Even my psychiatrist noticed. She noted to my mother that I was “amazingly perceptive of concepts children shouldn’t understand”, and “almost philosophic”.

That next year, I had my first paranormal experience. A Dream of my Sisters Near Death in Viet Nam

Hello, I wanted to share with everyone a dream that I had of my older sister, back when I was a teenager, during the mid 70s.

My sister is retired now, but she had served many years with the Civil Service as a government employee. She had worked for the Navy, Army and Air Force during her 35 years of service. During her time working with the Army, she had always dreamed of going overseas to the orient, which she finally did, when I was around 14 years old. She was so excited! She first went over to Korea, and then she was transferred to Viet Nam several years later. While in Viet Nam, my sister was there, during the Fall of Saigon. Due to security reasons, she wasn’t able to write or call us about what was going on, too often. But, my family and I always followed the news all the time on the television.

Toddler Haunting

Well, I would like to add another experience in this website. It’s an experience I had in 2007 when I used to live with my mother, and is now happening again to my son, since we moved back in to my mom’s house, on October 1.

Back in September 2006, my husband and I moved with my mom and brothers to a 3 room apartment, on the 3rd floor, coincidentally apt. #13. Everything seemed normal, and by this time my son was 14 months old, and was just beginning to walk. Something Strange in the Crawl Space

I have no way to contact the woman who told me this story, so I will leave out the town, and the names, but it takes place in an affluent Chicago suburb… one of the towns that is now an expensive place to live, but just 75 or so years ago was still a rural farming community.

Night to Remember in Citronelle Alabama

I was about 16 when this event took place. In a small town in south Alabama, Citronelle to be exact. I was at a friends house and decided we wanted to go “Ghost Hunting”. Now be careful because sometimes you get what you ask for. In our case we got a lot more.

We had heard of an old church outside of town that was abandoned by a cemetery. We were all excited that we were gonna go see some ghosts! When we arrived we noticed that trees and bushes had started to grow inside the old building and the place was missing two of the exterior walls. So we went on in to start what turned out to be a very scary event.

Weird Experiences

First of all I’m not sensitive at all to supernatural things. I have always been curious about ghosts, hauntings etc. I have two different experiences which I would like some light shed on, so comments would be appreciated!

I’ll start with the first experience, when I was 22 in 2006 still at Varsity, my mom and dad moved to the coast to start their own business. My dad went a couple of months earlier to get the house ready that they bought and my mom stayed on until December to finish her job and wait for the varsity summer break so I would be able to drive down to the coast with her. Mom was renting a room with a lady that she knew, for the time being. Summer break came and mom had two weeks left at her job so I stayed with her but in a separate room in the lady’s house.
