Is My Grandmas House Haunted?

It was spring break and I was staying with my grandparents for a night. I had one of my dogs with me (she loves going to grandma’s house). My dog had been playing outside most of the day and came in around 8. She was fine. She slept for a while.

Something In the Basement

One day when I was ten my friend and I were coming home from school (it wasn’t my usual route because I was riding home with her) and we went into her house. We were at first downstairs in the basement playing hide-and-seek, then it started to get cold so we went up stairs. My friend got on the computer, and started playing some game and I was watching something on the TV with her little sister.

My Purple Charm

Let me start off by saying, I own a cute little purple rhinoceros. I could never think of a good name for him, so I just call him Rhino. He has pink on the bottom of his feet, in his ears, and on his horns and in his nostrils and on the furry tip if his tail and has long limbs. I don’t know where he came from, (the tags on the his bottom are blank, no company logo or anything.) It was probably too long ago to remember, but because of his colors, I believe he was a gift for valentines day. He is very special to me for many reasons. He fills me with confidence, and comforts me, when no one else will. Not to mention, he’s a wonderful listener.

James the Womanizer Ghost

My father had worked for a large car company and sometimes he had to travel or we had to move a lot,sometimes overseas. It wasn’t easy and we didn’t always get to unpack, living out of boxes and suitcases was the norm as was home schooling.

Back in 1978, I had just turned 16 when my father told us of yet another move, this time to England, some where outside of London. Since my mom was from Scotland, I was excited at the thought of getting to see my grandparents more and spending more time with them.

The company found us a small cozy house that looked like it was a picture come to life. It was great and was said to be over 300 years old and that royalty had slept within its walls, pretty cool. That alone made the house all the more special. But, someone forgot to tell us it was haunted by a well know womanizer …

Haunted Pythian Home Building

The once lived in, and now closed down, Pythian Home is a very beautiful building that is now and possibly forever haunted and not supervised by anyone to where any kid, or teenager who is stupid enough can break in there and get gravely ill or can die from what is in there.

Back years ago there was a murder when this building was open and being lived in, a young lady was stabbed and killed by a psychotic person. Maids or nurses (unknown of what they were) tried cleaning it but once they left only for a few seconds and came back, the blood was still there the same way it was before they even started cleaning it. Now once in a while if anyone goes there, they may hear footsteps, or may feel someone or something brush up against you, even when no one is around you.

I was a Prophet for the Devil

I was never going to get back with my wife, in fact when I read on the internet that God don’t like when people break oaths with him,  I was so angry that I said to myself out loud that I would go back to drugs, alcohol and Satanism, I was never involved in Satanism so  for me to say that was out of pure anger at having to get back with her and when she came back, I was turned over to the devil himself and he told me so.

Birdcage Theatre Experience

In 1998, my husband and I visited Tombstone, Arizona. One of the buildings we toured there was the Birdcage Theatre. I’ve heard all sorts of stories about its frequent paranormal activity, but I hadn’t heard any of that before I saw the building for myself, so I sort of went into it blind. Just thinking it would be an interesting historical site to visit.

The Theatre is not a big building – very small with lots of displays, etc. set up all over the place. When you walk in past the lobby to the main area of the theatre, you’re looking across a long room to the stage at the end of it. We walked over to the stage, and then up the stairs that are situated to the left of the stage – between the stage and the wall. Lovers Lost

I was out with my dog one Tuesday, late evening, roughly twilight, (Also, my dog is called Lucky, she’s a Shiba Inu puppy, for those who are interested) but while she was sniffing round a tree she got all scared and ran behind me, hiding behind my legs. At first I laughed and thought she was just playing, because she’s never scared of anything, but when I turned round she started barking and ran off behind a nearby parked car and she wouldn’t come out no matter what I tried.

I went over to the tree to see if it was a cat or something that had spooked her, see if I could chase it away, but I was met by two bright green eyes. Dreams of Angels and Demons

Okay, so I’m fourteen years old and I’ve always had strange dreams. However, in the last few months I’ve had two very memorable dreams. One was about an angel with black wings and the other was about me getting chased by weird creatures.

The first one was the most recent and I remember suddenly I’m on a rope bridge that is hanging between two mountains. Below this bridge is a river. I don’t know how I knew this. I only know that this bridge is very high up. This bridge was old and the wood and ropes were rotted. And I know that I am not myself. I am a man that I’ve never met before. Suddenly, this man jumps from the bridge.

A Lifetime of Ghosts

These are quiet difficult stories to tell for years I have thought it was just my imagination or I was just going crazy but I have heard an read so many stories about others who have experienced it too.

It all started when I was 6 years old, my grandmother had died while my mother was pregnant with me so I had never gotten the pleasure of meeting this beautiful, most wonderful woman. Nor my older brother who had also passed away before I was born when he was 4. Something in My Room

In my old house me and my sister used to share a room. Well all the time we would hear these foot steps running across our roof above our room always our room nobody else would hear it except us. I felt like their was something or someone watching out for me or watching. Another night in the same house I was in my room alone (my sister had moved out and we re decorated my room) I was watching TV when out of nowhere I heard my name in a whisper from the hallway. I just put it as nothing at first, but it happened again so I just went in my mom’s room. She always told me that their was nothing their, but I still believe their was something in that house.

Shadows in the Dark

I still remember that experience very well, like it was just yesterday. I was 9 years old back then. I had watched a movie that night which was supposed to be scary but it wasn’t very scary at all. But that night when I went to bed, that movie kept running through my head and I was even scared to be alone. My bedroom had two bunk beds where three of my other sisters slept – we all shared one room since it was quite big.
