Hi my name is Simon and I have a story to tell you. In February 1997, I went to stay at a friends house for the weekend. I had known my friend Robert since Primary school (the equivalent to Grade school in US.)

Sudden Hauntings From Traveling Spirits and Demons

I believe that spirits can inhabit any place that we can inhabit, any type of building and even vehicles. They can also cling to regular every day items. I do believe that some spirits are stuck in certain places and can’t travel, although I’m not really sure why they become trapped. But, many other spirits can move from place to place.

House Haunted By Dolls

I remember me my mum and dad were in the sitting room, my sister and brother were both upstairs and didn’t hear the story. We live in the north of England but moved here when I was three. I can’t quite remember how we got onto the subject but we were talking about the houses we used to live in. When my dad mentioned a house we don’t have any pictures of and I had never been told about. My dad began to tell me about the house and how ‘creepy’ it was. Crazy Nightmares And Loud Noises

I cant say that I have ever seen a shadow figure, a demon or any abnormal beings, but I can claim to have had horrible nightmares, hearing things, and a lot of anger building up inside me.

I was about 17 years old at the time, and my dad being in the military would cause my family and I to move around quite often.  My dad got assigned to a new base (not going to reveal the location) and I was the only one of my family that went ahead with him so that my family could stay behind in our other home to pack up, and I could be company for my dad.

We did not receive a house offer immediately so they assigned us to stay in temporary living facilities until we could receive an offer.  The first moment that my father and I walked into the house we immediately had a negative feeling about our environment.

Black Figure At My Aunts House

I was at my Aunt’s many many years ago. I think I was around 10 years old (I’m 24 now). Anyway, I was sleeping in the den and I woke up quite early in the morning. I knew it was early because my Aunt hadn’t went to work yet. Me being up early was very unusual, in and of itself, because it was summer vacation and I would always sleep in until noon or later (mostly because I’d stay up late too).

Well, I awoke and looked up, and there in the reelection of my Aunt’s light fixture, was what I thought was a shadow. But this shadow had yellow “eyes” and a slightly human silhouette. It was black, very dark, you could make out a head and eyes but nothing else. It was kind of like a blob and it just stared at me, not moving.

My Nightmare And The Dark Figure

I’m almost 30 and I have had two encounters that truly warrant some wonder.

When I was five years old, I lived in Luther, Oklahoma. A very small town. I had a cousin stay the night one night who was three years older than myself. I have to start out the morning after. I awoke with nightmares still in my head and a mysterious and strange looking sore on my leg. The sore triggered the full memory of the nightmare I had. So I began to tell my cousin my odd nightmare. Who in turn told me she had had the exact same dream.

My Imaginary Friend Rudy

Well, My mother told me this and I hope you enjoy it. I really don’t know so you tell me if this sounds true.

I was around four or five years old, and we had just moved into our apartment. My mom said that I suddenly started to wake up in the middle of the night and talk to someone by the name of Rudy. She said I would tell him about what I was going to do the next day and she said she sometimes heard a whisper talking back.

A few weeks later I would walk around the house talking to myself, as if someone or something was talking back. When my older sister came to confront me on my weird behavior, I simply said, “I have a friend, His name is Rudy. He talks to me and makes me happy.” She freaked and told my mom.

My Night Near The Haunted Prison

I live on a military base with a long, haunted past.  Being an avid ghost hunter I’ve researched and spent countless hours learning everything I could about the ghosts and hauntings in the area.  One story that always fascinated me was the ghost of Tower 8.

Tower 8 is one of the towers around the prison on the base and one day a guard committed suicide by shooting himself in the face.  Ever since then there have been weird happenings in that tower and it has been completely sealed off.

My friend and I decided to go for a drive around the base very early in the morning, around 2 A.M.  He is far from being a skeptic but I wanted to show him the old hospital in the prison.  We drove up on top of a hill to get a better view of the hospital.  What we didn’t know is that from that hill, we would also be able …

Ongoing Hauntings

I live in a normal three bedroom house in England. To look at the house you wouldn’t think it would be haunted, it stands on land where there were once back to back houses and workhouses. Unexplainable things have happened from smells emanating and disappearing to lights being switched on, unexplained noises and shadows.

I’ve had friends stay and they have had the bed covers pulled off them by unseen hands. My sister in law woke up one night to see the figure of a man standing at the end of the bed watching her. My four year old daughter as a baby would wake up crying and point to the corner of her room. Her games have come on by themselves. We have got home and the hot water tap has been running and emptied the whole of the hot water tank that holds about 40 gallons of water when there has been nobody in the house.

The Figure In White

I have not really ever seen a ghost or anything paranormal before this incident.  But I was very curious, and did indeed believe in them then too. The story goes like this:

It was early in the morning of Fourth of July that year. It was 3:30 AM because it was time for me to wake up anyway. I had my bed turned where our head was directly under the window. For some reason whenever I woke up, I had the urge to look out the window. When I did there was what looked to be a white figure standing by the tree.

My Great Grandma

When I was around three, my parents decided to move into a small cottage in a village in the north of England, that had belonged to my great grandma years earlier. It had stood empty for 10 years before we moved in.

There was always something funny about the house, my parents would hear someone poking the fire downstairs, they thought it was the next door neighbour, but remembered he had gone away, so it couldn’t have been him.

My mother seemed especially tuned into these paranormal feelings as when she was in the house alone, she would have these overwhelming feelings where she couldn’t bare to be in the house. One time it was so bad she ran straight out the front door and down a ditch at the other side of the road!

Waking Up To See An Old Lady’s Ghost

Well I just turned 15, and about two years ago we moved into a new house. I felt scared for some  reason when I walked into my new room. But I knew it was just jitters from moving. But about two months after we lived there, something happened to me I know ill never, ever forget.

It was just a regular summer day and it was time to go to bed, so I went to sleep. But later that night I woke up with a strange, tingle sensation on my left leg, and with a strange feeling as if I was being watched.  I opened my eyes and right there laying next to an elderly women.
