The Haunted Staircase

It was the summer of 1997, and my parents were selling our old house. They wanted to move to a bigger house because they were having twins, and we didn’t have enough room, (I had one room, and my younger brother and sister shared another room. My parents had the biggest room). They wanted to move closer to my grandparents farm so they could see them more often.

They eventually found a house in the country, about ten or so minutes from my grandparents farm. The house was really big and it was built around 1860. Moving day was hard, but we were all really excited, until the next day at the ‘new’ house.

In Search Of Quetzalcoatl

When Shannon McCabe (President of HPI) and I, went to Chichen Itza, we were walking through history.  A find that may have it’s roots in East Asia, India, Crete and with an extraterrestrial alliance. 

Quetzalcoatl was described as a white god with pale skin and blue eyes.  Quetzalcoatl and his away team all wore black coarse robes and traveled in foreign ships with swan wings.  The hulls of the ships glowed so brightly, that it was hard to look upon by the Indians of these indigenous cultures.  Quetzalcoatl was known by several names. 

The Toltecs and Aztecs refer him as Quetzalcoatl.  The people of the Incas called him Viracocha.  The Mayans called him Kukulcan.  The Chibchas called him Bochica.  The Aymara from Peru called him Hyustus.  It appears that Quetzalcoatl must have had a fast flying vehicle that could take him from Mexico to Central America to South America.  What kind of ship could transport a fair skinned god around …

I know this isn’t a story, but I thought people who haven’t heard about this might be as interested and shocked as I was when I first heard about it. It’s to do with Revelations in the bible, but don’t let that put you off if you don’t believe in God as it’s seriously gobsmacking.

Wish You Were Here

I was in the fifth grade when my grandmother passed.  She suffered for a long time with brain cancer.  She was just a fantastic person, she’d do anything for anybody!

It was Halloween, I dressed as Dolly Parton.  I thought I looked absolutely silly!  It was supposed to be fun but all I could think of was her.  I found myself in my room crying and talking to her as if she could hear me, saying I wish you were here, I wish you could see this.  You’ve missed so much and I miss you.  I bet I cried a good hour before I left to meet with my friends.

I came home, mom always put our candy up in some secret place and only lets us have a piece or two a day.  I cleaned up and went to bed.  I woke up and for some reason and I felt wide awake.  I could not fall back to sleep …

My Haunting Experiences

Ok well In October of last year me and my boyfriend moved out together. I was so excited about having my own place. Everything was fine for about a month. Then my boyfriend started to work really late. We got in a lot of fusses and I always cried and felt depressed and alone. Then strange things started to happen.

At first it was nothing really big.  When I was home by myself I would hear something that sounded like a door knob rattling. I dismissed it as the wind and covered up my head and went to sleep. It happened everyday when I was by myself.

Then one night my mom came over and spent the night. She said she saw a shadow at the head of her bed.  She thought it was my brother but when she looked up he was asleep and nothing was there.  Now I was getting freaked out. I Started feeling more frightened.

The Ouija Board And The Strange Man

We had a family friend that use to bring her kids to our house to baby sit when she went to work. I was talking with the youngest child one day just watching TV. The conversation got strange when she kept looking at the front door. I asked her what she was looking at and she responded “there’s that man again”. I turned to see and to my surprise there was no one there.

I got up and went to the door and saw there was no one there. I asked her what man and she said that it was a man that came to their house last night. I asked her what his name was and she didn’t know. Later that afternoon when her mother came to pick her up I asked her mother about the man. The mother had no idea what she was talking about, so I put it down to imagination.

The Ouija Board And The Man In our House

Recently, I purchased a Ouija board from a Toy’s R Us in Alberta, Canada. Now I know the dangers of using such a device. However, I am curious by nature, and so far my experiences have been positive. I live in a basement suite, it’s big, but not a whole house. It’s a little scary to think ghosts, and spirits can inhabit such a small area.

My hubby and I used this particular board for the first time yesterday. I had taken it from the box, and placed it under the couch. Every time we use this board, it always works. We only use this board in daylight, around 3 pm, which is when Christ died and it is said the virgin Mary ascended into Heaven.  If your using the board around 3 am, your sending an invite to the most unholy of spirits. 3 am is the witching hour. when a veil of darkness covers the earth.

A Lost Friend A Story Of Closure

Around ten years ago I lived on a small street in a village in the north of England, my neighbour and I were very close, she was a single mum and had a daughter, Kel who was 14, the same age as my own daughter. Every Friday they would go to visit an old friend who lived in a near by village, my daughter was always around at their house, we would always see them off, with the usual, ‘take care,’ ‘drive safely’ we were all so close. But this night they didn’t go, I would watch them from my window, wave them off, it seems a strange thing to do, but we were so close. I thought nothing of it, it was a treacherous night, I had never seen rain like it, even in England!

The Ouija Board And My Sister

About five years ago me and my older sister Maria decided to use a Ouija board with our friend Michelle in our street. We went to Michelle’s house and set up in her living room. Half way through the Ouija board when nothing was happening the lights started flickering, then the radio came on and was playing the song “Ace of spades” now we were getting freaked out because Michelle’s late fathers favorite song was Ace of spades (her dad was a drunk and used to beat her mum until he died in a car accident a couple of years before we did this).

Michelle started crying and took her hand off the board and went to run out of the room. Well me and Maria screamed because we knew that you shouldn’t take your hands off the board without departing properly. The living room door slammed shut before Michelle could get to it.

Ghostly Voice In A Strange Museum

This is a completely true story that happened about 8 years ago in Los Angeles.

A friend of mine and her husband run this very strange museum (The Museum of Jurassic Technology). It is like a joke kind of museum with very weird objects and sounds. It has always spooked me whenever I went in there. It is VERY dark and the exhibits are so odd – old creepy bones, old books, just a lot of weird stuff.

She and I (her name is Diana) belonged to a study group with some professors that used to meet every Friday at the museum, in the back. To get there you had to walk through the dark museum, but in the back was a modern, bright, normal kitchen.

The Evil Ghost And The Handy Man

I’ve been in construction for over 20 years, have had a few paranormal experiences and embrace the fact there is a spiritual plane. What happened at the house in this story I don’t want to repeat.

About three years ago I was doing property maintenance, and was sent to a rental house to do some repairs. When I arrived, I went to the backyard where two other people were working.  After talking to them about what needed done, I felt like someone was watching me out the bathroom window. I asked the workers if the tenants were still living here and they said “no one lives here, the house has been empty for a month”. Ok, so I went inside and got a material list and left.

Ice Cream Truck Music Haunting

In June of 1994 I was 7 months pregnant with my first child. At five AM one Saturday morning my husband and I both woke up to the very loud sound of ice cream truck music. The music seemingly resonated through every window, door, crack and crevice in our home, like Dolby stereo. The only way I can explain it, is that it sounded like an ice cream truck was parked directly outside our bedroom window.

This home was isolated in the Colorado mountains with no neighbors. The music lasted about one minute, as my husband and I lay frozen staring at each other. After it stopped, I jumped out of bed to check every music box, radio, and TV in the house.
