Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I live in an apartment with my two boys and my husband. We lived here (still do) for three years. About two years and a half ago it started. At first it was only small things nothing to be scared of.

It would move chairs in the kitchen while we all were asleep. If we didn’t wash the dishes that night it would move them around (as if saying wash me), if we did wash them but left them out to dry overnight (it would play with them as saying OK there dry put it up). We never thought of anything about it (it’s an apartment maybe we are hearing the next door since the walls are so thin).

As time went by it did more things. I was at work and my husband was sitting in the living room with his back facing the kitchen. Our oldest son was outside playing and the baby was asleep. (My husband thought that it was me). When I got off of work he told me that he thought that it was me (“It was an adult shadow”).

Then there was time when we would be in the bed watching TV, the boys asleep and we would here a cup being place on the coffee table in the living room. Still we didn’t do anything. There was time that our son (the baby) would be taking a bath (he is 3 and this has happened about 6 months ago) and would look in the hallway and say “go away” or he would laugh. We just thought that it was our other son. Sill we did nothing. We let this thing get away with so much and with us not doing anything about it, it did more.

By this time I had found out that the next-door was doing witchcraft. I went outside to have a smoke and I overheard her telling her friends that were outside having a smoke too where the need to stand for their (pentagram) that was the last smoke outside.

As time went by it was getting stronger. It would go into our bedroom and would stand by us (you would get that feeling that someone was there and hear someone walking). My husband has told me that he felt something bad as if it wants to hurt him. It was also playing with my face. I would wake up dusting off my face as if my long hair was in my face (we have to sleep with the fan on due to a friend that lives downstairs, he doesn’t know how to turn down the heater). It would turn up our sons TV in his room while we where asleep. I have heard a man and a woman talking too, while I was taken a nap.

One day I was mad at my husband and said things that I shouldn’t. I told my oldest son that there was no God. That was the biggest mistake ever, I know that there is a God it was just one of these days where it seems that nothing was going right.That day I was in the kitchen doing dishes. We have a desk in the living room and son like to climb in the chair so he can try to play on the desk. I hard a noise in the living room (while my husband was asleep on the couch), at first I thought that It was him. When I looked in the living room I saw that he was still asleep, the chair was facing the desk. Then I thought that it was our son. I called his name and he answered me (he was in the back room). When my husband got up he heard noise coming from the kitchen while our boys were in the tub and I was sitting by him.

The next day my husband had to go to work. At 5:25 A.M. it happened. There was trash being thrown away (that we empty the day before so there was no trash. It took a clean pot that was washed the night before and a spoon and banged on it for 15 minutes. It woke my son up in tears. I took my husband to work.

When I came home I called my friends to see what time a church (across from me) opened. I had an hour to kill, so I got the kids and went to another friends house down the block. I made my call to the church at 9:12 A.M. I spoke to a pastor over the phone and told him what was going on. We went back home and a friend of mine told me that I wasn’t the only person that it came to see. It also happened to a lady with kids two buildings away. Her daughter saw it and spoke to it.

He came by the house with a friend at 5:00 P.M. I found out later on that night that it had called my son a few times trying to get him but my son told me that he didn’t understand it so he didn’t get up and went back to sleep. We blessed the house with oil.

That night it was mad at me for what I did. It banged on the closet door in our room trying to get out. When it figured out that it couldn’t it said, “Why?” in a wicked way and banged on the closet door again. I told my husband what had happened the next day. My son and I drove all over looking for a church with Holy water. We finally found one, I had a large water jug with me. We got the water and went home. Each day when I get up I say, (with the Holy water) “I bless this room in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit above Amen” in each room, and go to bed. I shouldn’t had disbelieve in God. I do believe in HIM. Since then nothing.

You always see it on TV and say or think it couldn’t happen to you. All I can say is don’t ever think that it couldn’t happen to you. When it does don’t let it go as far as we did. Do something and do it fast.
