This happened when I was about 15 or 16 I’m now 25.

It all started when me and my mate were in my sisters room listening to music. We were talking and having a laugh when suddenly the music started going down. We looked at each other and laughed not thinking anything of it. I turned the music back up and we carried on talking only the music started turning down again. We looked at the stereo and the saw that the knob on the stereo for the volume was moving and as the volume was going down we got a bit freaked out and moved away from the stereo, as far as possible.

At this point we were sitting in the corner of my sisters room only then we saw the shadow of what looked like a lady on the door. We thought it was someone messing around so I called my mum and heard no reply. My dog was growling at the door where the shadow was. At this point me and my friend were very scared and were frozen with fear. Then the shadow figure slid down the door and was gone.

A few minutes after we ran downstairs and asked my mum if she was upstairs and she looked at us like we were crazy. It turned out my mum was in the kitchen the whole time washing up. I’ve had many experiences and will post them soon.
