Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

From all of my paranormal experiences this scared me the most; it’s about a ghost from the mid 70’s that actually followed me home.

I used to go to an old nursing school way back in college; the school used to be a part of the hospital right next to it, but after the owner of the subsequent lot sold its property, the hospital administrators used that lot to expand, and made one of their buildings a school of medicine, that’s were the initial setting of this story, and later did I found out that the upper floor was used as a temporary morgue.

One hot afternoon my school buddies and I decided to spend our vacant period in the upper most floor of our school building, there was only one classroom on that floor, a big roomy seemed to be like an auditorium, it has a retractable divider in the middle in case there’s going to be 2 separate classes on that room, it was rarely used and has been a dump for broken down chairs and tables.

We were slouching at the chairs; all of their backs were against the divider while I was facing them, several minutes past and I had this urge to smoke, however I didn’t have any with me that time and we would need to go all the way down just to buy a pack of smoke, they refused and insisted I wait till our next subject to go down, seven floors and back isn’t their idea of an exercise, they had me convinced and I remained sited, right after that a mist started to appear coming from the gaps of the divider, it rose to at least 5 feet and formed to an appearance of a girl, there were distinguishing features such as the eyes and mouth but what amazed me was a broad head band like what they wore back in the 70’s, and as soon as it appeared, it vanished in glance, it didn’t took more than 5 seconds before it disappeared, it left me dumbfounded. I wasn’t really scared though I was still in the process of analyzing what I saw, I didn’t told anyone about it since they’ll just laugh at me and think that it’s just one of my tactics to convinced them that we should go down.

The entire afternoon past and I almost forgot of that incident, it was early evening when I left school; my girl asked me to come by their dorm so I hurried home, but before I got home, one of my dorm friend greeted me in a peculiar manner, he was asking me who’s the girl I’m with, that made me feel awkward since I was with no body, I though he was just messing with me so I went on my way, it was around 9 in the evening when I left my room to go to my girl’s place.

I had to stop by a store to buy some stuff, and when I was about to leave the same girl appeared in front of the store, just across the street, she was staring right at me, It was really hair together with that give-a-way head band, her eyes seems like it was upset with me, now I’m scared I walked as fast as I could to the nearest bus stop, and got to first bus that came, I sat right next the door gasping for air, I was dumb founded, petrified, I felt shivers down my spine, and when I was just about to calm down, the bus stopped at the next corner, had it’s doors opened, and guess what, the girl was standing right outside the bus, her eyes still staring at me as if I offended her in some way, that blew me away, left me cold as stone, till one of the passengers said “hey driver let’s go!”, the driver did acknowledged this and replied, “I thought some one was getting off the bus.” The door slammed as it closed, the last thing that went on my mind was her eyes that turned bloody red as the door closed.

I got to my girl’s house and told her all about it, she’s a bit skeptic but later advise me to say my prayers before going to sleep.

It was late when I left, and before I got home my bump into my dorm friend again, he asked me again, about the girl I’m with earlier, so I told him that I was with no body, he said hell no, he actually saw me with a girl clinging my arms, and it had a white head band and a 70’s look. That made me terrified, I had to tell him what happened that day.

I tried hard to sleep that night, good thing was that I didn’t encounter the girl again, but just a few minutes after dozing off, my dorm friend came to knocking on my door with his roommate, they told me that while they were watching TV, the girl appeared in their room, and it was probably looking for me, just their luck.
