This story ties together with sleep paralysis and OBE’s (out of body experiences) you need to reach sleep paralysis in order to control or push your non human essence out of the body . While in sleep paralysis, you cant move because you have tricked your brain into thinking your asleep, while your mind is awake. There are lots of studies on how to have OBE’s or travel the astral planes I’ve only been studying this stuff for about a year and half now and WOW. It is a link between worlds beyond our waking minds imagination. Learn to control this and you will be able to explore any part or the universe you desire.
it is said you can make connections to the world of the fae (faerie world) through OBE and can communicate with other spirits and beings. here’s a story that ties the world of the faeries and the OBE together.
In the spring of 1997 I was living in Calgary with my girlfriend. We decided to go hiking for Mayday, and another friend joined us on the trip. It was the last night in April, and we were dropped off just outside of Canmore beneath Goat Mountain on the southeast corner of Banff National Park.
We set up our tent and tried to sleep, but were unprepared for the temperature difference. Hours of shivering later, I was still unable to fall asleep. I was lying on my side with my girlfriend next to me and our other friend on the far side. My back was to the tent wall. There was a sensation which I find hard to describe, but was like being encased in a bubble which suddenly popped, letting all the sounds that had been going on outside the bubble into my ears. The sounds were of fireworks going off.
I was suddenly unable to move a muscle. I instinctively knew that there were 30 little men with voices like children and faces like old men surrounding the tent and they were shooting fireworks out of their fingers. A shadow in the form of a dog entered the tent and I was afraid that it would hurt my friends, so I forced it out with an effort of will emanating from my belly. Then I heard the tent fabric tear behind my head and a spear point touched the spot right between my top vertebra and my skull. A little voice said, “Our dog is at your disposal, but you have to leave the box”. I had an image in my mind of a little purple box I had packed for some reason. I said he could have it, and then fell into a void until dawn.
In the morning, I awoke early, and found myself in an incredible excited state. I felt I had finally made contact, but was also afraid that I had gone crazy. I decided to confer with the others to find out if it was a shared experience, and by that decide on my mental state. I went to the biffy where we had hidden our food from the animals, and found perfectly circular holes cut in our trail mix bags, about the circumference of a spearhead. There was a mountain goat on the cliff side watching me intently.
I asked the other two if “fireworks” meant anything to either of them. My girlfriend sat bolt upright and began telling me her night’s dream (before I told my story, I might add). She had been having a lucid dream in which she was flying above the campsite, looking down on our tent. Little men surrounded it with spears in their hands that were shooting fireworks out of their fingers. She landed and saw me there and asked if I were dreaming. I said, “of course I am”. One of the little men had a dog made of shadows. They told her that the dance begins in an hour, but we should move this green contraption of ours (the tent). We packed the tent, did a maypole dance around a post in the field and began a journey that would take us through many adventures and all the way to the gulf islands, where we met a theatre troop putting on “a midsummer night’s dream”.
