Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I am 14 at the moment and I live on the border between England and Wales. When I was tiny in my old house I always used to stare and talk to people which weren’t there. I used to giggle in my bed, so my parents said.

We then moved to a different house right next to a Churchyard. Ever since that my life hasn’t been the same. In my house I believe we have 4 ghosts, a black cat, a young girl bout seven or eight years old with long blonde hair, an old lady dressed in grey, and a new one to me an old man who wears a hat.

The cat just acts like a normal cat. When I’m asleep he comes and sleeps on my belly. I don’t mind it because I used to have a cat myself.

The girl I mainly see in my bedroom or in the bathroom. When I’m outside she stands there and watches me. She is in my bedroom every night. People who has a ghost will know the feeling when you’re being watched. She is friendly.

The old lady I have only seen once. She walks up and down my landing. You can hear her crying as if she is looking for a loved one. My sister has stayed in her room all day as she was so scared.

The last few week the electric in our house has been playing up and our Sky box for our TV has been freezing. A couple of nights ago I had a glass on my bedside table and it sounded like someone was tapping it so I turned around to see a man with a hat.

I ran down stairs in fear and now every night he plays tricks on me. He pokes my feet and plays my message tone on my phone. I fear every night to what he is going to do next.
