Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I was around 8 years old when I had my first encounter. Me and my two friends wanted to know about who the ghost was. We asked a few questions to the ghost during recess one day. The ghost said she was a girl. She also said her name was Katherin. I thought she was my friend because her name was the same as my mother’s. But my mother’s name was spelled with a “C” and had an “e” at the end. During school I would have flash backs about her life. She was beautiful, her hair was long and brown and she always wore a white dress.

We told some boys about her and they made fun of her. So she slapped them. He even had a red mark. But all of that ended very soon. My sister wanted to know her, so I told her about Katherin. She would not talk to my sister though. For the next 3 or 4 years I did not hear from Katherin.

When I was twelve (about 10 months ago) I moved into a very old trailer park and since my room was very small we left the door to my room open and put the bed against it so the door could not be closed. So every night I would see two shadows come down the hall. The first one would be a tall skinny man wearing a suit. The next one would be a short fat man wearing a suit. I always got scared.

A few months later we got a bunk bed for me and my brother. My dad made it so that we could close the door and I never saw the shadows again. But after a month with no activity, my sister was over. We were watching TV and I went to get a drink from the fridge. I made sure the fridge door was closed, so I pushed a few times. As I was walking back to sit down my brother yelled at me and asked why I had not closed the fridge. I told him I did and closed it again. This still goes on today.

After a few months I guess the ghost weren’t getting enough attention so they started to come into my room, I guess. One night my brother was sleeping in the living room and I was in my room alone. The TV was off and so were the lights. My bed started to shake like crazy! I got up from my bed and stood on the floor to see if it was shaking, iIt was not. I touched the walls to see if they were shaking, they were not. This went on about 18 times a month! It still does.

About a month ago the ghosts still weren’t satisfied with my attention so they started to turn on lights. It still happens, but I only remember one time. I left the bathroom and turned the lights out and later, they turned on. We didn’t notice until some one had to use the bathroom.
