Baby Tylers Guardian or Something Else?

Posted on September 7, 2010

Ever since I was a small child, I have had many, many experiences. I believe that, as well as my parents house being haunted, I myself have been followed since moving out, as many things have happened since. So many things have happened throughout my lifetime, too many to tell, so this is an account of things that have happened around my son, Tyler, since he was born.

Tyler was born November 3rd 2007. I was so happy, but also a little sad that my nanna wasn’t around to meet him. She and I were so close and I was devastated when she passed on. But with a new born baby and Christmas not far off, I had plenty to keep my mind busy! When Tyler was a few weeks old, I put up the decorations and bought him a big card saying baby’s 1st Christmas, and stuck it up on the fireplace above a picture of Tyler I had had framed.

One evening Tyler’s dad went up to put Tyler down for the night in his Moses basket next to our bed.He had been a long time so I new he would have fell asleep with him as he often did. I was just watching TV when a while later the big card I had stuck up caught my eye. It was coming unstuck and slowly falling. So what right? But as it fell instead of falling straight down, it slowly changed course, falling to the left and ended up positioned covering the face on the picture of Tyler underneath. Instantly my hair pricked and I had a feeling of panic. I ran upstairs and found that, as a suspected, Tyler’s dad had fell asleep, right on the edge of the bed, and his pillow had slipped and landed over Tyler’s face in his Moses basket!I grabbed it off and picked Tyler up and thank god he was ok,t hanks to the “sign” I definitely feel I was given. Needless to say I went mad at his dad!

After that,we regularly saw dozens of orbs surrounding Tyler when he was asleep at night on his night vision baby monitor. They would appear around him, and he would start to get restless and stir from his sleep, as though they were disturbing him. On a couple of occasions he would wake and start to cry, and I would have to go up and settle him. One night we saw the orbs, and sure enough he started to wake and cry. Just as I got up to go and settle him, we heard, really clear, someone saying “shhhh, sshhh, shhh” and Tyler settled back into a deep sleep! We were stunned.

The orbs became a norm, and as Tyler got bigger, they stopped disturbing him.But then something else was heard. My mum babysat one night for us and we went to the cinema. When we got back she told us that she heard a new born baby crying over the monitor and at 1st thought it was Tyler. Then she realized it didn’t sound like him and when she looked at the screen Tyler was fast asleep. She asked if there were any other baby’s in the street that it may have picked up, but I answered no as there were none. I do not believe it was interference as I have since moved house and have heard it a few more times, always the same.

Fast forward to Tyler being about 1 and a half, and we had moved into our new house. I had put a picture of my nana on my fireplace. One day I was reading a book on the sofa and Tyler was playing on the floor. A day or two before this Tyler had said to me “lady..touch hair” but I disregarded it until what happened next.he jumped up from playing on the floor quietly and started going crazy jumping around and pointing and saying “nan nan betty!” over and over! He had never met her! I sat there stunned. All of a sudden he stopped dead and said disappointedly “aww nan nan betty gone now… gone out window” I couldn’t believe it, I just broke down crying, but smiling at the same time. I was so happy they had met, and obviously knew each other!

A few times after that he would say a lady was touching his hair, and I would smile and say “hiya nana,I love you” Tyler sat and told my mum every detail of nanas visit, described how she went out the window. She was gobsmaked!

Nothing happened for a while, until the next winter when Tyler was around 2 years. When Tyler wakes in the morning he comes and has a cuddle in my bed and then we get up. As we left my bedroom to go down the stairs Tyler pointed to his bedroom and said “what’s Wayne (my boyfriend) doing in there?” Wayne had not stayed over that night and found it weird but shrugged it off. After that at night, when Tyler was in bed I would hear a lot of banging coming from his bedroom, but never thought it had woke Tyler and I ignored it.But when I was getting Tyler ready for bed 1 night he started saying “bang bang banging in Tyler’s bedroom”. A few nights later he told me he doesn’t like the man that bangs in his room”! I was scared now, but didn’t know what I could do,and just hoped it would pass.

But a few days later,as, once again I sat on the sofa and Tyler played on the floor, he jumped up, started running on the spot and pointing behind me saying “man, man, man!” I jumped up terrified, went to the other sofa and Tyler came to me putting his head on my lap saying “don’t like him” I started to get really scared and would snap “leave him alone”

The banging in his room stopped and a started to forget about “the man” until he showed up again one day. Me and Tyler were building a snow man in the front garden, when Tyler stopped and faced the house. He pointed to the living room window and said “what’s that man doing in there?” his speech was really good by now and within a second he pointed to the front door and said “he’s there” then another second and he pointed to the upstairs bedroom window “he’s there now” this carried on for about a minute, with Tyler pointing to different windows, following the “man” as he rapidly appeared in different places. I was really freaked but then Tyler stopped and got back to the snowman. I asked him about the man. My granddad had passed a few months prior and hoped it would be him, then I wouldn’t have to be scared, but Tyler told me he was a “little man” and he didn’t like him.

I slept with the lights on for a long time after and felt really uneasy. But as time passed everything seemed to die down. I didn’t hear anymore banging and Tyler stopped talking about the man. I was as though he just faded away.

Tyler’s nearly three now,and nothings happened since.I always found my experiences as I was growing up, and still now, would come in spells and then go quiet for a while,s ometimes months, before starting up again. So for now Tyler can play and sleep in peace, but I doubt its forever… I’ll let you know.
