House Filled with Shadows

I am 17 years old, and since I was 9 I’ve seen and felt peculiar things in my house. My mom had experienced paranormal phenomenon during her life so it annoys me when she says it’s just my imagination. My friend tells me that her mom does the same thing and that she’s just trying not to freak me out more.

I’ve always felt eerie things in my house. My female dog sometimes barks at certain places in the house, usually in the kitchen and at the stairs, but no one’s ever there. I saw someone in the kitchen once but I thought I imagined it because when I turned around to check, there was nobody. Sleep Paralysis or Demon Encounter?

I’m 17 and I’ve had sleep paralysis several times, but never had anything “demonic” happen. And only once did I experience a negative force during sleep paralysis. Nothing this intense though.

In my past I’ve had a few demon related events, but nothing this intense and direct. Last night I fell asleep a little bit after midnight.

The Gray Ghost

 My dad has told this story to my sister and I when we were young, growing up in Charleston, South Carolina. Through the years he has repeated the story a few times and the details have never changed.

He and a friend were planning a “surfing” trip along the east coast during a school break. They were anxious to get the trip started and found they couldn’t sleep the night before they were to leave. This friends family owned a house in Charleston very close to a very old and well known cemetery. The graves in this cemetery date back to the civil war and probably beyond. The cemetery was very dark, protected by a high wrought iron gate that was locked every evening. The farther back you went into this cemetery the darker it got. Unexplained Experiences in Rural England

Hello all. I thought I might share some of my family’s experiences with the unexplained. The following is true so far as I am involved in the events, and where I am not, the information is from people I believe are credible. I should add that there is nothing particularly dramatic about what I have to relate: if it’s supernatural melodrama you are after, you should probably move on.

I grew up in rural Shropshire, a county in England in Great Britain for those not in the know and it was during this childhood that my only significant experience of the unexplained occurred. Incidentally, by rural I mean that our nearest neighbour was approximately half a mile away, and the nearest significant centre of civilization was some sixteen miles. When I was about 3 or 4 my mom heard me scream in my bedroom. She came in and asked me what was wrong. My name is Luna and I’ve had some paranormal experience on my own. I’m 24 now but this story happened when I was 15, back in Hawaii. My Brief Incident as a Psychic

I had a very brief incident as a psychic. It only lasted for a few months, but I will never forget it.

I had lost my job. I was about to loose my apartment too. I didn’t know what to do. Someone turned me on to dubbing music and selling them. I did it for a while, paid my bills and all was good. Little did I know that I was being watched. Soon I was busted and found myself doing time in the county jail, one year.

Paranormal Activity at My House

Here are some different stories about paranormal activity that has gone on at my house.

I’m 19 now and it wasn’t until I was older that I have experienced things that have gone on in my house. I live in a house that is kinda old. Growing Up With A Ghost For A Best Friend

Helping a Stranger My Ouija Story

I am writing this from a cell phone, but I felt compelled to share my story after 10 years (I am now 25).

I created my own Ouija board using a wooden art box, a sharpie and a clear makeup screw off top. My best friend and I were 13 or so and we decided to try using a board. We asked the typical questions and some interesting answers came. Haunted Sydney – The Rocks and Quarantine Station

Australians have a long history with ghosts. Our second national anthem, “Waltzing Matilda” includes a ghost who returns afterwards to the water hole where he had been shot by English soldiers. While defeated in a referendum, this was almost the Australian National Anthem! I think we may be the only country who nearly stood, tall and proud to sing about a ghost! Now that’s the ‘ol never say die attitude!

In Sydney, “The Rocks” area is very popular with Ghost Hunts as many of the original buildings from 1800 still stand and some lanes still even have original cobble stones from 200 years ago! 200 years ago it was a poor area and mostly contained a ghetto of the poorer folk, though now it is a gentrified part of the Sydney CBD and one of the most expensive parts of Sydney! I think that would have some of the poorer folk turning in their graves!

Turn the Light Off Fool!

This  event isn’t the usual shocker story people often look for in these kind of forums. But it’s something that I never really could explain.

I moved down here to Florida five years ago. I had lost my job in Michigan and had to stay with my mom for a few weeks until I got all my resources pulled together. They had lived in the house for about a year at that time and my mom and her boyfriend said they thought they had a ghost in their home. This didn’t scare them though. My mom is a strong spirited and rational woman who lived with a war veteran with extreme PTSD for nine years. She lived with a real life demon in the flesh so it takes more than some shadow or noise to spook her.

Her boyfriend is another war veteran of Vietnam and was a cop for twenty years after. So obviously she’s hard to shake up. …
