Hi, my name is Ashlee. I have had experiences since the days I can’t even remember. My mom just told me a story about when I was little to me this year. When I was about 3 or 4 my mom heard me scream in my bedroom. She came in and asked me what was wrong. I had told her that a man had come out of my closet and had taken me to the other side but a boy told him to bring me back. This story sent chills to my spine because I was so young I don’t remember it happening. However, I’m not even close to being done yet.
I was about 6 or 7 years old when my parents moved me to an old farmhouse in Benedict, NE. One day I was in the kitchen looking out the window at my dog Mack because He was barking so loud. I could see the reflection of the kitchen behind me and when I focused in on the reflection I saw an old lady staring at me. I turned around to see if she was really there. I saw her for a split couple of seconds before she just disappeared into thin air. I really did think she was alive and might have been my moms friend until she vanished. At 19 years old I have a perfect picture in my head of her that I will never forget. The old lady looked as if she was shocked. Her pupils were so dilated. Her skin, especially around her face and neck was very wrinkly. She looked very very old. The part that was weird to me was that she was wearing an old torn up brown dress. It was torn at the bottom and on the sleeves, making them shorter. I ran into the living room to tell my brothers to hear them laughing and making fun of me.
After I saw the old lady more started happening. My room was the only room downstairs. My brothers and my mom and dad all slept upstairs. However, I eventually ended up in my mom and dads bed by morning because that the only way I could get any sleep. At night I would hear footsteps creaking around outside of my room and walking in. Something made me so scared that I would sleep with a blanket over my head even on the hottest night. I didn’t get good sleep at all and I tried to wait till morning to go pee.
One day I was in the kitchen playing with my toy cars on the kitchen floor. At the level I was at I saw a pair of white tennis and slacks standing by me. I went to look up saying my brother Brandon’s name only to see nothing. I was so frightened. I didn’t even understand the term spirit or ghost at that time. It seems as if the more scared I got of the situation the more things occurred. I was in my room one day when one of my battery operated toys started going off. It was a little car thing where you can steer the steering wheel. However, the car toy I had didn’t have batteries in it. I got scared and almost angry because I finally started to get annoyed with whatever kept bugging me. Before I knew it I was standing in my bedroom doorway screaming for it to stop after my lights began to flicker on and off.
Due to family complications we ended up moving to WI. We moved around a lot so I had strange experiences in each house but not all. In one house located in Lynxville, WI I didn’t find much wrong with it. I was comfortable in the house but still didn’t like being home alone. One day I was in the kitchen looking for something to eat. It was night time so the lights were dim. All of a sudden I see this cat shaped spirit on top of my fridge and jumping off onto the floor. It also vanished. I didn’t really know what to call it at the time. It was a cat. However, It must have been dead. I laughed and put it behind me because at the time I didn’t think animal spirits were real.
My next house I lived in was a small house in Eastman, WI. I wouldn’t have thought such a small house could have much to hold. However, One day when I was home alone again!, I was watching TV. I glanced into the bathroom (right nest to my living room)only to see a black robe figure gliding across my bathroom floor. Chills shot down my spine right away. Whatever it was I was so scared I was crying. This figure had kind of a pointed hood but I saw no face. It was pitch black and I saw it from the side. I didn’t see feet either. The figure just had a long robe almost gliding across the floor. I was scared out of my mind.I had deep deep feelings of fear when I saw it.
After that I never saw it again. However, a while later in the same house I was in the bathroom getting ready for bed(home alone again) when I saw dust particles coming towards me. They were big for dust particles but I thought I was just seeing things. However, as they got clearer they were like tiny balls of light coming at me. I felt like I was being attacked because they were coming at my face the most. I saw maybe 5 or 6 of them but was of course too scared to count. I put that behind me because I didn’t know what the heck I just saw only to find out years later that the ghost hunters call them orbs. The very last thing I saw was in that house. About a couple of weeks before we moved my alarm clock went off. I woke up to a handsome man standing by my door watching me. He stood there for a few minutes, almost like showing me that he was really there and I wasn’t dreaming. Then he also vanished. I wasn’t afraid of him. I actually found out from looking at my dads photos from this year that he was my dads dads younger brother that had died at a young age.
I swear on my life these stories are all true. I saw that man in 2005 and hadn’t seen anything yet but I feel I have it coming. Thanks for taking the time to read my story!

Very interesting story, If you could see many ghosts,black figures & animal spirits, so I think that you are not haunted but you have a special gift & you are a very sensitive person, I think also that you may see more in the future, I am not trying to worry you but it is the fact that some people can feel & see paranormal things while others can not do the same.I mean that you can look to the subject from the positive side & deal easily with your gift.Thanks for your sharing your story

wow i bet that was scary well let me tell you my story it was 3:00a.m in the moring and all of a sudden i woke up to a grabing at my hand well what ever it was it made me scared so i looked at my arm and there was a scrach that looked like a M.R well i was looking at some of my moms photos and saw a women in the photo under it had M.R so i asked my mom who it was and she told me it was my nanny so after that i knew she was haunting me and she still is !!!!
wow. this is a really interesting story. when you wrote that part about the guy in the dark hooded robe, it gave me the chills, and made me look behind me. lol. anyways thanks fro the chills.
Thanks for sharing your story…and yes I do believe you that it is true.You’ve had a lot of things happen to you…sound’s like you are a sentive that picks up on spirits..and you have the gift to see the spirits…some people can see the spirits,some people feel the spirits presence,some people hear the spirits,some people can talk with the spirits..and some people can have ‘one’ gift or some may have more than one gift.And there are some people that can see pictures (kind of like watching a movie ) actually seeing what happened in the place at another..time…I find it all very interesting! I was wondering if any of your relatives on your Mom’s or Dad’s side of the family has any of these paranormal gifts ??The reason I ask is because it usually runs or is passed down in the family…that does not mean that ‘every’ relative ‘will’ have a gift…some may some may not or some may be freaked out by their gift and choose not to use the gift..therefore it is laying dormant. I am also curious about the black robe figure you saw,as to what it was and why it was there?? I’ve read a little bit about the dark robe figures…but not sure about them…Once I went to a house of someone I know; they had asked me to come and let them know what I got (picked up on) from their home (as strange things were going on there) and they were freaked out…I won’t go into all of what I picked up on…but I did take some pictures in the house as I feldt led to,and I got a picture of a short black robe figure ( no face,hands or feet) were visiable…something I found strange and intresting…some people believe when you tell them;and some do not because they have not had it happen to them..and that’s o.k.. What is going on in your life, as I see it, is that you are under a supernatural attack. Believe it or not, this is happening to us all 24/7. Evil spirits, or demons, do whatever they can to deceive us and torment us. You just seem to able to physically see this battle taking place, this is because God must want you to see these things for a specific reason, the Lord works in mysterious ways. God has great things in store for your life and I believe that these experiences may be a stepping stone into your destiny.
However, I suggest you rebuke these visions in the name of Yeshua (Jesus Christ), if you have faith in Christ then you have definite authority over these entities that you are seeing. These spirits that you are seeing are not “ghosts” of the dead but rather they are demons trying to trick you. Notice that you see these things from house to house, surely not all of these houses were haunted, something seems to be following you and I believe it is the Devil. Say “Satan, I rebuke you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ” with the faith and boldness of a lion. Satan will have to flea; be persistent, never give up, fight the good fight of Faith. May God bless us all.
That’s a scary story. I believe in you. Like what the others are saying sometimes you have that gift. What ChristianWarrior said, believe in Jesus Christ and have faith in him. My mom when she was in Laos she had that same situation and her family converted into Christianity because of demons, death in family, and being spooks. It was to the point my mom’s relatives disown them because her family had a lot of those weird stuff. Her relatives thought they would died. However, God is very powerful and must believe in him for sure.

i am a 15 year old boy and im being hunted by this girl and her dauter i dont know why she freaks me out il see some thing go by my hall way or my back door opens i dont know this girl or her dauter either i think they might of died in my house or some thing it just bothers me some time i dont get scared easly just its weird my mom has seen it my dad to but not my brothe i am a 10th grader in high school

Sounds like you are highly sensitive. With some training, you could learn “psychic self defense.” Look it up, it might help.

Yes you are quite sensitive to other dimensional (astral) vibrations, This can be a blessing or a curse, whichever YOU choose it to be.

This figure is a non human astral entity, it does not possess a physical body and thus is not bound by animalistic instinct. You however are bound by these instincts mainly fear, yes fear is an animal survivial instinct. do you think birds and mice would still exist without this trait? They (and you) automatically fear anything they do not understand or have any knowledge of, that is why this particular being scared you at such a deep level.
You can combat these fears though in this realm, YOU dont have to fear any visitors ie strange scary beings. And if you harness your talents you may astrally travel to other realms and make incredible discoveries for yourself.

I agree with the other post. This is not a gift but a curse. This is not something that you embrace but rebuke. The bible talks about mediums,clairvoyants, withches, etc, being condemned by God (the old testament). They want you for a reason and you have to work harder because of that. You could never do this on your own, however, you’ll need God’s help.

Ashlee, there is no god but some entities will lie and say that they are “satan” or an “angel” or give a deceitful peach about how they are now living in hell.
on closing, Ouija boards are not “evil” and when used properly (and with a little patience filtering out liars and retards) valuble insight can be gained, but always be respectful to any being you may come into contact with. If a particularly foul entity escapes into your home, getting rid of it can be a pain so DO NOT use Ouija boards in your home, if they refuse to say “goodbye” tell the that they are forbidden to follow or contact you and they’ll be forever bound to the board, The spirit will mostly say goodbye if not you then leave the board behind.
I have a question… If there is no God, Jesus Christ, nor a Holy Spirit then, why do demons, spirits, etc RUN AWAY or DISAPPEAR when you mention or say the name of Jesus?

@ christianwarrior101- You were not called names by wisdomenn. They were simply stating that is wrong to force your beliefs onto others. You have every right to believe what you do, but that doesn’t mean the rest of us have to. You have taken the switch from the actual topic of the site and turned it to christianity. If you want to preach please do so with your peers who appreciate what you are saying and share your beliefs, but don’t sit there and mock science or say that it’s all lies because that is spiteful, hateful, cruel, misguided and unfair on anyone who does not want to believe in the bible and your specific god. Remember- just not lest ye be judged. When you can make posts calmly and without claiming that a person with a gift is going straight to hell I’m sure everyone will be happy to hear your input.
@ Ashley- I have had the same situation you have, being told about things I saw when I was very young and have consistently seen and heard things at every place I have lived. Sometimes I still get the scared and freaked out feeling, and other times I can feel or see them without the threatened feeling. My grandmother had a perfect triangle in the lines on her right palm, I have been told by other sensitives that it’s a sign of strong psychic ability and is highly regarded in a lot of cultures. I was advised that I may have been lucky enough to also have the gift, although I can’t predict anything useful
I currently have 2 ghosts @ my boyfriends house which seem harmless, they follow us at night through the hall but never do anything to annoying and my flatmate also has one that visits as she used to visit his grave, she did not know the man when he was alive but when her parents were going through their divorce she would sit and talk to his headstone because it made her feel calm. She took a photo of the grave once and when it was developed there was a light figure of a man standing behind it. He comes to our house I feel him, but she sees him. If you ever feel worried or scared something that helped me was a safety chrystal…. I know sounds stupid but they have been used for longer than most people think. you can have them made into jewelry or just keep them in the house.
If you really want to stop seeing them I have heard hypnosis can help to block that little part out. I wouldn’t because when you have kids (if you choose) they will probably have the gift you do and it does make it easier when you realise what ghosts are knowing you have someone who has been through it and can help you through.

Hello, Ashlee! After I finished reading your story I was like ‘Omg, this is awful! I can’t belive someone can really live with things like that on his life’.
It’s really interesting that you really saw those things, so you have a proof that what you see it’s real.[ Weird things happened in my house last summer, and it seems that they still do , but I don't know if it's a ghost or is just in my mind, and this things it's killing me]
