Haunted House with a Haunting Dream

I used to own a home in Harvard, Illinois it was a two story home built in 1905 and it had a gravel driveway.  My older stepson Erik used to practice witchcraft in the home. Me and my husband would argue over Erik doing this worship in our home. My husband told me that Erik was going through a teenage phase. I would disagree that things were not right.

Ever since Erik started the Witchcraft in our home paranormal occurrences would happen. I was working a lot of hours at the Motorola plant in town. When I would fall asleep at home. I would have freaky dreams.  I saw the devil flying through my home. I saw demons flying around the home also. The home was dark and it looked like their was a portal to the other side in the house.

Then in other dreams I dreamed that the mortgage papers were ripped up. I saw the house falling…

Ghost Stories of Colonial Williamsburg

In September of 2009 I attended something called a Tavern Ghost Walk in Colonial Williamsburg. What it is, is that a tour guide takes us down a street, which is surrounded in haunted places. The guide leads us to each location and tells us the story. The following stories are not something I have experienced, although I did experience something while on this walk. Shields Tavern: In the first few years of Shields Tavern, there was a man named Mr. Marot, who owned Shields Tavern. It is proven that Marot was murdered in the building by his close friend.

My paranormal experiences began when my mother died when I was thirteen. My father married to my step mom Stella and they decided they wanted to have more kids and raise them in the south. I was the oldest at the time.

We moved to an old Victorian house that you always heard footsteps in and that was falling apart and my father swore he’ll fix it. The house had two stories, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On the first night, my youngest  sister Taylor went to sleep in the second largest room that had its own bathroom and French doors leading to an balcony. (The room that I really wanted, but my bratty sister convinced my dad to give it to her).

The Demonic Little Man

This story is completely true. It happened to my sister and I. I was about 12 years old and my sister was about 6. We had moved to Benicia, California, and I didn’t like the new house to begin with. I had a weird feeling about it. Anyway, beginning were a chain of small events that were unexplainable, until the paranormal activity became so apparent that it couldn’t be dismissed anymore.

The first thing that happened was to my mom, who had been home alone at night, and she was making something in the kitchen. She then heard a big noise from the bathroom. Upon investigation she found that everything on the counter, and in the medicine cabinet, and in the bathtub had been thrown into a pile in the middle of the floor.

My Supernatural Experiences Part 2

Today, I’m going to continue on from my last posting ( My Supernatural Experiences ). Last time, I believe, I had told you about my encounter from years ago with a floating hooded entity and a ‘living’ tie…. I must admit, even after experiencing it I had thought of my pet tie as ridiculous. Moving on. The next stories I shall tell you are slightly more recent, happening over the last 2 – 5 years. They usually happened when I was over other peoples houses, or alone in my room.

Is Grandma’s House Haunted?

Well to begin, I really don’t believe in ghosts. I have my own theories to explain the paranormal, but anyway here are some things that have happened at my Grandmother’s home.

Well for as long as I can remember my Grandma’s basement has given me and most of my family the creeps! But you know how basements are. Cold, damp, musty and just down right eerie! Well my Grandmother’s basement is finished with carpet and furniture and such. There are basically four different rooms or sections of the basement. The first section, the first area you enter when coming down the stairs, is fairly large. At the far end of that area another smaller room branches out where they keep a large freezer and refrigerator for extra groceries and things. And extending from opposite ends of that area are two more storage rooms both with doors that can shut and lock.

Igor the Prankster Ghost

When I was 19, I was the manager of a restaurant in a small town on the Wisconsin shores of the Mississippi. While the restaurant itself was fairly new, the building was really old. I lived in the apartment above the restaurant and worked open-close every day.

The apartment looked as if it had last been renovated in the 1960’s. Aside from a few new appliances installed by the owner, the shag carpet and lime-green walls with mushrooms painted on them had a retro, spunky feel that was only found in small-town Wisconsin.

Initially, it was just small things that I barely noticed. My alarm would sporadically go off in the middle of the day, even though I never used an alarm. The doors of my entertainment center would be open when I went upstairs during my break, even though I never had time to watch the TV inside those doors. Human Like Figure in My Closet

I never thought that I would be writing such a strange story. I moved from South Carolina to Texas two months ago and I live way out in the country in the hills. It freaks me out to live way out here because the closest town is eleven miles away!  Now let me tell you my story; it takes place at night (how ironic). I was doing laundry; you know washing, drying, folding clothes and putting them into the drawers, and closets.

As I walked into my room I heard a large thump noise come from my closet (my closet is the first thing I past when I enter my room) so I thought well maybe some thing fell off of the top shelf in my closet. The Traveling Ghost

I live in an apartment with my two boys and my husband. We lived here (still do) for three years. About two years and a half ago it started. At first it was only small things nothing to be scared of.

It would move chairs in the kitchen while we all were asleep. If we didn’t wash the dishes that night it would move them around (as if saying wash me), if we did wash them but left them out to dry overnight (it would play with them as saying OK there dry put it up). We never thought of anything about it (it’s an apartment maybe we are hearing the next door since the walls are so thin).

Fighting a Demon For my Soul

This story takes place when I was 11 or 12 years old, it’s hard to be certain; I am 20 years old now. I am not very religious and if you knew me in person, you would know me as a rational, intelligent person. That being said, here we go.

I was enjoying a normal dream, I can’t remember what I was dreaming of but at some point my subconscious abruptly shifted into a nightmare. I remember that was strange, I can usually tell when I will have a nightmare as I can feel a fear growing inside and pretty much know it’s my own unrest and anxiety that provokes the nightmare itself. This time was different.

In my dream I took on a first person view of my surroundings, I was standing on concrete, cracks and potholes littering its surface. Around me a sea of black threatened to engulf the island of concrete I was standing on.

Hauntings in Henrieville Utah

It was a nearly 12 years ago, I was only ten years old at the time. When we had first moved in with my grandma in Henrieville, Utah. My mom and dad had just went through a tough divorce so my mom wanted to get as far away from my dad as possible. Henrieville is one of the smallest towns you will ever find so when my grandparents told us there was finally a house available My mom quickly took it. My older sister quickly made friends with a girl at school named Megan who lived in the next town up (one of three small towns that all went to school together). Megan introduced me to her little sister Geni and quickly she became my new best friend.

Friends Witchcraft and Ouija Boards

A couple years ago I became friends with this girl who moved to our town, her name was Tory. We became like best friends hung out everyday and stuff like that. Then one day she told me she had to tell me a secret so I was obviously all for it. She told me she could see dead people. Well, that was a shocker. I wasn’t sure if I should believe it or not because that’s pretty extreme, but she was my best friend and I took her word for it.
