Hi everyone! Let me start by saying I have always been a vivid dreamer, ever since I was a young child! I constantly dream throughout the night. I remember every detail, and color.

I have always had a difficult time dealing with whatever stresses I experience in my life. Whether I am arguing with my mother or my boyfriend. I always seem to work it out in my dreams, and get out what I really wanted to say! But, I always wake feeling better.

For the last 10 years or so, I have been experiencing very disturbing dreams. They don’t happen frequently, maybe once or twice a year. Some times there is a gap of a year or two, but always when I am under an extreme amount of stress.

Life Long Haunting Hallucinations and Sleep Paralysis

Okay, I’ve been a long time reader of this site and only now have decided to post my own creepy experience with the supernatural. I really need help figuring this out please, because I can barely sleep and it’s really starting to wear down on me seeing as I go to college full time (I don’t work but I still take 18 credits).

Ever since I was little I have been experiencing strange occurrences that have no other explanation than the supernatural.

It began small, things like unexplained whispers, electronics going haywire, my pets acting odd and growling at nothing, the sleep paralysis, and the strange little gusts of wind that came from nowhere. What is Happening to Me?

I’m 25 and very aware of my surroundings. I have always felt presences, heard things, seen things move/shadows. Never have I had a clear experience where I actually seen something, but I still had experiences related to that.

A year ago, as I lay in bed trying to go to sleep, I felt a warm/soft hand grab my wrist and hold my arm, which was pulled in the air. I was on my side, with my arm on my side. Hauntings Never to be Forgotten

Since I was a little boy, I had a very troubling childhood. When I was 5 years old, I lay in my bed awake unable to sleep due to my morbid thoughts. I finally drifted off to sleep and woke with a fright as I was struggling to breath!

As I opened my eyes and attempted to sit up, I saw a strange shadow with red slits as eyes. I have never seen a more malicious and evil look in my life! I was paralyzed with fear, it felt as if something was sitting on my chest, I tried to scream yet no sound came out! Shadows in the Dark

I still remember that experience very well, like it was just yesterday. I was 9 years old back then. I had watched a movie that night which was supposed to be scary but it wasn’t very scary at all. But that night when I went to bed, that movie kept running through my head and I was even scared to be alone. My bedroom had two bunk beds where three of my other sisters slept – we all shared one room since it was quite big.

Ok first I want to start by thanking everybody for reading my story. It’s my first time writing on here. But anyways ever since I was a little girl I always had these strange dreams or whatever they are. But there are certain experiences that still bother me till this day.

Sleep Paralysis I Cant Move!

My name is Trisha and I am 19 years old. I have started having sleep paralysis in the last month. These experiences scare the living crap out of me. I feel like I can’t even explain the kind of fear I felt in the two experiences I have had with this so far.

Experience 1:

This happened around 1:00 pm when I decided to take a nap. I was laying on my stomach. I started having sleep paralysis about a month ago and have only had it happen twice. I am 19 years old. My first dream happened about three weeks ago at about one o’clock in the afternoon. I was laying on my stomach in my bed and I could hear my roommate walking around getting ready for a class when I suddenly couldn’t move or speak. I could see this shadowy figure that seemed to be hugging me from the back and I could even feel it. I had this horrible feeling that it was not something good and it put me into almost a shocked state.

Sleep Paralysis a Heaviness and Dark Pressure

I have had this happen to me two of times in my life, I am currently 31. I do remember sleep paralysis happening throughout my entire life, even as a child. I was very young, too young to understand what was happening. I remember running into my parent’s room so frightened. Though the paralysis has happened through my life, the feeling of heaviness and a dark pressure on me has only happened twice. And the most recent time, I believe I also had an out of body experience. This happened again last night and I’ll get to that, but the time before last was 8 years ago, I was 23.
