This didn’t happen that long ago… Not even a year. It was a Sunday, and I had just gotten home from spending the weekend with my dad and step-mom. I remember having my best friend over that weekend… And when I laid down to sleep, I started having this weird dream that she was kissing me on the chin. I roused a bit…
You know that feeling where you’re awake enough to know what’s going on around you but still slightly asleep and dreaming…? That’s where I was at. I was still having the dream where my friend was kissing me, but at the same time I realized I could actually FEEL something touching my chin.
I tried to open my eyes and couldn’t. I couldn’t move at all, and there was a pressure on my chest, like something was holding me down, and I could still feel someone kissing my chin. I started to freak out, trying to move. It only lasted a few seconds, at most. As soon as I started to panic, I heard this really loud, drawn out sight right next to my ear that seemed to last forever… And then it stopped and I could move.
The apartment we were living at was really old and we had lived there for ten years, so I was used to the strange things that happened there. A lot of it wasn’t anything like that, though. Occasionally my sister would see someone walk from the hallway to the kitchen, and she would think it was me. Or, in the middle of the night, since I didn’t have a bedroom door, I would see someone walk from the living room to the bathroom. Since my sister slept in the living room, I would assume it was her. But she would never come out.
So after that little experience, I got some hot chocolate and laid back down, trying to pass it off as nothing. A lot of the stories I’ve heard like this say that the presence felt evil. This one didn’t. It felt more lonely than anything. And it didn’t hurt me.
When I laid back down, I could have sworn I felt someone lay down next to me and wrap their arms around me. It was that way all night. I got next to no sleep at all. At one point I did doze off, and when I woke up, I didn’t feel anything. I opened my eyes and moved my foot at the same time to get comfortable, and something in front of me jerked back like I had scared it. I only got a glimpse, but it looked like a dark figure. No features like a mouth or nose or anything… But it was wearing a bright orange jacket or shirt.
It was weird and it only happened that one time. I’ll admit, before that I would normally feel someone touching my hair as I tried to sleep, and even after that I would feel it. I haven’t felt it since we moved.

well at least its goone for good i think my housse3e is haunted and the scariest thing that has to me is someone or something had appered next to my bed but getting that i think i would be so scared maybe the reason u couldnt move was because u were so paniced about it ur mind was telling u not to me but u wanted to…. if that make sensee.
im glad to its gone.
Sleep paralysis is perfectly normal and quite common, I myself have experienced it numerous times in the past. It’s a result of your body falling asleep but your subconcious is still awake, it often gives you hallucinations, feeling that someone is in the room for example, but the fact is you are asleep and you are dreaming.
you do make a good point, but there is still too much we do not know about the state of mind sleep paralysis puts you into,if she was dreaming then it was very lucid or a dreamed hallucination as you say, but true sleep paralysis is when your mind is very awake and alert, and if there is otherwordly things out there, living in dimesions next to ours, being in this state ,i believe, gives other things more power to let their presence be known. to much has happened paranormally for anyone to say anything for a fact on the subject.:)
the ghost that you have seen must be lonely or wanted to be loved by someone when she was still alive….
