I’m only 14 but ever since I was little I’ve had a connection with paranormal incidents and over the years it’s gotten worse. It use to be I would just see friendly spirits or this old women I’d never seen (later to find out she was my great grandmother) but ever since I turned 10 I can communicate with spirits.
Well a few years ago my mom, dad and me had just moved into a really nice apartment. I got my own bedroom and bathroom and everything seemed perfect and happy. My favorite thing about my new bedroom was my mirror closet. Well about a month of living there I’d completely changed. I was no longer this happy, smart kid, I wasn’t even me anymore I was more depressed I felt like dying, I was failing every subject and I had extreme attitude. There was only one person I could talk to and would understand me and that was my newest friend I had just met that year (Her name is Alice).
I told her what was going on and she said that she felt negative energy around me and my room. I assumed that I had just hit a bump in the road and I would get better. But it was getting worse. I had Alice spend the night practically every other day and weekends and we decided to make a ghost video one night just as a joke. But when we watched the video we overheard a deep older man saying get out and stop and then static. We hid under my covers that night but I felt someone was watching us and all the sudden I heard my mirror squeak and I looked at it as it moved open then it slammed shut again. By that time I was terrified and woke up my friend and we just hung out in the living room till my mom got up.
2 months later a different friend of mine I’d known for years spent the night. I was in a deep sleep when I woke up and I knew the spirit was back. I kept saying go away, leave me alone and all the sudden the blankets ripped off my bed and I was pushed back into a laying position and was being choked. I couldn’t breath but I was able to kick my friend and wake her up. When she woke up I could breath again and I started crying and I told her what was happening.
Later that night I felt like something was walking over my head like a cat but my cat wasn’t even in the room. I started cleansing my room and saying chants and everything got better. But one night I got out of the shower and went to my room. As I was getting pajamas I looked at my closet mirror and noticed a man laying down on my bed and had a red and orange orb and laughing. I had just froze and started screaming and ran to my mom and cried. I finally told her what had been happening just to find out she had some incidents too.
My dad said her saw shadows by my room and wouldn’t dare walk down the hallway that lead to my room. I figured that my closet was the portal because of the incidents and I had heard people talking in it. I realized I had my first encounter with a demon and the guy that lived in my room before was a devil worshiper. My family and I have moved into a very nice, not haunted house. But I will never forget my first demon.

Hi Aubree, I’m glad your family moved and everything is much better and no haunting is occurring now. You are a brave girl and should be proud of yourself. Not everybody could do what you did.

The demon was coming thru the mirror. that is how some come thru to this world.
I’d just to inform you mirrors are a gate to other “dimensions” or the term “hell”. Spirits, wanderers and travelers can communicate travel through them my own mirrors fell off by themselves when i put a bible in my room but i’m happy your family moved out. but also realize that you might be medium for any spirit, demons, etc. So i hope you encounter small spirits no demons in your future
I’m glad your all okay, but hearing people commenting that a mirror is a common way for spirits to come through I have a huge mirror that is also a wardrobe and there has always for as long as I can remember bin tapping and banging on the mirror and the wooden wardrobes like the mirror, but there was this one experience of mine that I have seen what looks like red eyes in the mirror but there was this one time I was around 4 I saw a man standing in the hall but when I went out there to see it was gone but every time I went back to bed and he was there again. I have no idea what to do I say prayers every night but sometimes when I forget there’s banging and tapping etc would start all over again. Please help I’m sure there is something about the mirror
I’ve never heard or thought about mirrors being a way for the spirit world to travel. I suppose it does seem logical that they do travel thru mirrors. Hmm maybe that explains while walking in front of a mirror i have often seen another face, although not really thinking much about it at the time. Definitely would like to read more on that subject..
