Home Made Ouija Board and Spirits

Posted on August 22, 2010

The night before we were both talking about the weird things that have happened in my house and somehow we got on the subject of Ouija boards. Neither of us had ever used one. But I had read enough stories on this site to know how to make one and the proper way to use it. So we decided that the next day we would make and use it.

That morning after we made the board we found a dark room to use it in. We lit three candles and said the Lord’s prayer. when we first started we asked if their were any spirits that wanted to contact us. The shot glass that we were using as the planchette moved to the letter “I”. It didn’t move it all after that no matter what questions we asked, so we said goodbye and ended the session.

Now we definitely should not have done this but we continued to keep going back to the Ouija board after each session that we ended.

The second time we came back the board worked a lot better and we contacted a girl named Abigail who said she was five years old, but that was about all the information we got. Now the third time is when things got interesting. The spirit said it’s name was, Riuh, and that he was 76 years old, but when we asked what year he was born and what year he died, he said 1976 both times. Now, if he would have been born in 1976 he would be only 34 right now. That was pretty odd to me, but shortly after we ended the session.

The fourth and last time was by far the scariest. We asked for the spirits name and it said “Wes”. We  asked how old he was and he said “22″. By now Kyle had gotten the hang of it and he took over on the questions (bad mistake). Kyle asked if the spirit was an angel, it said “no.” Then he asked if it was a demon. “Yes”. After that I wanted to say goodbye and get out of there, but Kyle insisted on asking more questions. He asked, Do you want to harm or hurt anyone in this house. It said “yes” and right afterward one of the candles tipped over and spilled hot wax all over Kyle’s hand. I took over and said we would like to say goodbye, but the planchette moved to “no” and then went to the number 6 and spun around the number three times and then moved to goodbye.

After that me and Kyle burnt the board and have no more intentions on ever using one again.

If anything happen to you, all I have to say is that you all have to take the consequence by playing and burning a ouija board. If you think you prayed to God before you played this game , then God would bless you , you are wrong, God doesn’t want us to contact the dead or play this kind of games at the first place.

    • just me says:

what are you talking about???? After Jesus resurrected he met deciples on the road and they got scared saying he was an apparition. Jesus said touch me, ghosts are not flesh and bones as I am….If you only know ouija board from movies, do not post. I get so tired of trying to explain it to you people. If you have an interest but NO FAITH then leave it alone. If god is with you then who can be against you??? Are there adults on this site or kids?????????

      • K.C says:

I disagree with the last part of your comment. Just because you do not have faith or don`t believe in God doesn`t mean you shouldn`t play with the board. I`ve played with it many times and I am not a follower of God and nothing has ever happened to me. I`m not trying to start anything but sometimes these comments bother me because they are all focused on God and if hes with you everythings fine. I mean if thats what the person believes thats fine but if they don`t then why should they get told not to do something that interests them.

I am Not a hectic creationist or anything like that but, Anyone who even Touches a ouija board knowing how quickly and badly things go wrong is asking for trouble. Especially after reading stories on any site such as this. You will NEVER get a good spirit on one of these boards. Good spirits would never encourage anyone to use something that can wind up being so harmful.

          • social_D says:

This is concerning the ouija board story, and some of the comment made. Im not a expert of any sort. From what i experience and other stories that i came acrossed. First of all whether your very religious or not, if you mess with stuff like that, dont expect protection. From the bible we learn we shouldnt test God. Example, When Satan tempted Jesus to fall off the cliff knowing that God wouldnt let him strike the ground. Jesus resisted. Also those who try to discredit the bible, yes the bible was written by man. It isnt its author. the best way to explain it is those biography. Its the life told by a certain individual ( Artist, actor, politican, etc.), but they hire a writer to write it down for him. Whos the author, the man writing it or the man who’s telling him what to write? Second, the bible doesnt contradicts its self. Its human imperfections and selfishness that mis-interprets or twist things to fit his or her own views or disires.

      • Apostleled says:

You speak of God and Jesus then obey his commands

“‘Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God. Lev 19.31

Deuteronomy 18:11-12 Do not cast spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord, it go’s on to say that you must be blameless before the Lord.

ISAIAH 8 -19 When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? 20 Consult God’s instruction and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn. 21 Distressed and hungry, they will roam through the land; when they are famished, they will become enraged and, looking upward, will curse their king and their God. 22 Then they will look toward the earth and see only distress and darkness and fearful gloom, and they will be thrust into utter darkness.

So, explain to me how in the early to mid 1500′s, a man by the name of Michel de Nostradame, came to kneel before the feet of a young unknown, exclaiming ‘We must kneel before our Pope’. The young man, rather embarrassed by this went on to tell Michel to rise from his feet. Four years later, the young, embarrassed man became Pope Sixvs. The same Pope acknowledged the man to be a messenger of God and was not to be harmed by any inquisitor [of the inquisition].

Michel is known to most as Nostradamus, the greatest medium/clairvoyant in world history.

I am now a believer of God. But in my view, the bible is full of contradictions and is basically one big parable. Written by human hand.

      Theres some truth

  2. trolldoll says:

keep us informed as to what happens to you. i not a huge believer in the board or demons and angels. i look forward to reading all the advice you get. you should listen to what is said. this is one for the experts.

  3. Tyler says:

NEVER BURN A OUIJA BOARD! That’s really bad dude! REALLY bad! I wouldn’t be suprise if something happened to you for doing that…. >.>

    • Pete says:

That’s complete garbage, I burned a ouija board and I’m still here to tell
the tale, nothing ever happened, all you are doing is closing a door

      • Big Chief says:

It is true what he/she says. If you burn a ouija board a demon will come out and spit in your face and your 90 year ole grand momma will die in 2 weeks. NEVER BURN A BOARD!!!!!! ……………….

        Forgive me I’m having fun……………….

        • Fiber says:

That is a disgusting comment. Is this place moderated at all?

          • Danny (Storm) says:

I dunno. but when i asked it if i was gonna die he said, YES RIGHT NOW. and im still alive posting comments here so… :P but they are still scary because i hear like things scattering across the hallway at night

  4. Big Chief says:

Good story but why ask such crazy questions? If you asked it if it was a demon and it said yes, why would you then ask it if it wanted to harm anybody in the house. What did you think it was going to say? You might as well have asked it what year were you going to die??

  5. AnNa bites back says:

no-body ever relizes how dangerous one can be until they do it themself.and then they feel bad for doing it and bad stuff happens and the first thing they do is is preyor bless the house or go to a priest and so on.i dont know why people want help from god if you want to play with the devil first.im sorry for if it sounds mean and rude.or doesnt make sense but it make sense to me.

  6. AnNa bites back says:

your lucky nothing happened to you and your friend for playing.i just hope you take your own words and not play with one.thanks for the story.

  7. trolldoll says:

i have to agree with chief here too. if the thing answered demon like things, your friend should have known better than to keep going. i don’t know what you should do with a board and i think there are alot of man made rules for these things! you should read the story about pearl curran from the early 19th century. she channeled a 17th century spirit thru a board. it is in the sept. edition of the smithsonian. you know the http://www.smithsonian.com the story is called ghost writer.

  8. Wrestler says:

I like to use boards and ask for demons only to contact me, then I like to burn a board every week. I never pray for protection cuz that’s disrespectful to the spirits

    • Big Chief says:

Wowsers, your a tuff guy. Burning ouija boards every week. Those demons must truly fear you. Do you also scratch your DVD’s before you return them to Red Box. Lol!!!

  9. SithEmperor800 says:

Attention Christians and other religious folks. God isn’t real and neither are ghosts.

    • Caretaker says:

Attention SithEmperor800 – I strongly disagree with you for I have encountered them. Perhaps you aren’t real?

    • AnNa bites back says:

you what what you can offend people by saying that.i find that rude.im not christan or religious but i have friends that are.so if you think there are no such things in that what are you here?

    • FaerchFan says:

Well then be respectful and get the heck off of here and let us believe what we want!

    • Apostleled says:

It is a sad thing to live for your self and satisfy all your fleshley desires and to know this existance on earth is all you will ever have.

    • sharayah says:

LOL when you die you will see just how real GOD is.you take care of that you believe.

      • chewyyyy says:

how will he see god when he’s going to roam the earth as a ghost when hes dead,he’s not going any where else besides going to hell

    • Danny (Storm) says:

You have no proof that God isn’t real. We aren’t going to stop believing just because you said he wasn’t real. I don’t have proof either, but I believe in him.

  10. Guadalupe:D says:

These types of stories fascinate me i just love reading any type of Paranormal stuff but i’ve never done nor mess with any type of boards even though its tempting to know what can be or would be out there..

  11. matthew says:

You’re not supposed to burn them dude.

  12. Kikaluv says:

Wow I wouldnt wanna live there ne more those things ruin the safe feeling a home should have

  13. GirlRacer says:

Intriguing. The 1976 one catches my attention and not because I was born on Hallowe’en 1976 but because of what you said.

Could have been the soul was the age it said. In minutes. That would explain the birth/death in the same year.

You shouldn’t really ask a soul when it died. Instead ask them what year it is. 9 times out of ten, its the year they did pass on.

  14. Anonymous says:

If you play with Ouija Boards then I strongly suggest you stop. I am not trying to be offensive or anything, but I have been researching this stuff for the past few hours because I thought I wanted one. I now know that you shouldn’t burn one, because like some of you have said, the spirits could get revenge. Someone on some website or maybe it was this one, but they threw it out the window on the highway, to \whoever that was, that was probably a better idea. If you want to play with a Ouija Board, go ahead, and if you want something really cool, then listen to this. My friends were playing with one and they took pictures, and there were white outlines of ghosts giving them hugs and everything. But it was creepy and they aren’t doing it again. You may want to check out the following books,
“Beware the Devil” by Robert Lee and read “Ouija: The most dangerous game” by Stoker Hunt. If anyone gets hurt and I hear about it, I will flip out, so three words, stop, listen, and reconsider.

  15. monique.hackett says:

you should never burn the ouiji board aspeacially ater using it

  16. Danny (Storm) says:

Ah… I remember my Oujia board my friend gave me. I am never LOOKING at one again

  17. dolly says:

Uh… If you people don’t believe in ghosts then why are you on TRUEghosttales.com

  18. Texture says:

Okay, one: did God or did not God tell us to NEVER contact or speak to a “ghost” or a demon, EXCEPT to rebuke them? When a person contacts the “dead” (by whatever means), they are only talking to demonic spirits. When Jesus came back from the Dead, yes, He was a spirit; however, He IS GOD. Period. TWO different things/beings. Satan and Demons equal kill, steal, and destroy. Jesus equals The Way, The Truth, and The Life.
Two: it does not matter if you pray to Jesus before you start communicating with demons. Yes, He will hear you and yes, He will forgive you AFTER you have sinned, but that does not mean that He will not allow your sin(s) to torment you.
Three: The number 666 IS the number of the Anti-Christ and if any of you have read the Word of God, it clearly explains that anyone who is not of Jesus Christ, anyone who denies Him, IS the Anti-Christ.
Four: For those of you saying, “there is no God” must BELIEVE that God does exist to say that He doesn’t. It’s the same way with Satanists. They know that Jesus has presedence over ALL things and beings, but they deny it because they don’t want Him to have dominion over anything.
Five: Destroying something (ANYTHING, really) that has a demonic spirit attached to it is ALWAYS a good thing. Consider it a small victory in a very big war.

    • Trooper says:

our: For those of you saying, “there is no God” must BELIEVE that God does exist to say that He doesn’t. It’s the same way with Satanists. They know that Jesus has presedence over ALL things and beings, but they deny it because they don’t want Him to have dominion over anything.

I completely disagree with that statement. It is more of an opinion of yours than anything which is totally fine. I don’t believe theres a God etc etc, and I’m not denying it because I don’t want him to have dominion over anything :s. I grew up Roman Catholic and have gone to Church etc etc and in my opinion I don’t believe in it. Thats just that.

Its fine to have a belief in God, be christian, catholic, angelican whatever you want. But that doesn’t mean that because you have that belief that you can tell the “non believers” that we’re wrong. I’m just saying.

      • Trooper says:

Whoop i think i read the one part of your comment wrong when you were refering to how Santanist feel not people who don’t believe I apologize. I stick with that last part I said though.

Also if you read up on Santanists theres different kinds that have nothing to do with devil worshiping and such……
