It all started when I first moved. I was sleeping in my room for the first time when I woke up and I looked at my alarm clock and the time was around 4:30 am. I looked over my bed and I saw a girl in a white dress, she had short black hair, she looked sad and she looked like she was crying. I quickly looked away and I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night.
A few weeks later it was Christmas and my uncle came to my house for Christmas he had to sleep in my room, so I had to sleep with my mum I woke up in the morning and me and my sister were awake. The room was cold and this was odd especially when it was around about July. Straight away I thought it was the girl so I called out and said is there a spirit in this room? If yes then open the door… the ghost opened the door. I got really freaked out so I said is it a male or female close the door for female and keep the door open for male… the ghost closed the door.
For some reason I was not scared but relaxed. Then my mum woke up but me and my sister didn’t tell her anything, and no one was opening and closing the door because my dad and my uncle went to work.
Ever since that happened there have been many weird happenings going on in my house for example; lights flickering, cold rooms, phantom footsteps and the TV switching off time and time again. My dad has sent in an electrician but he says nothing is wrong with the fuses or lights.
I tried to do some research about ghosts and haunted places and I was surprised at some of the similar things that has in my house.
When we were putting all the Christmas decorations in the attic I discovered a small photo album in the corner where there was loads of stuff piled on top of it. The photo album looked really old and when I looked inside it there was many pictures of some people I didn’t recognize especially because the pictures were all black and white and sort of a brown color, I showed it to my mum and she told me this isn’t hers and this doesn’t belong to us. When I looked at the pictures then there was a picture of a girl, then I realized she looked like the girl I saw in my bedroom! Now I think that this was the girls photo album and she used to live in my house.
Now 5 years later there are still strange happenings in my house and particularly this one when I was going towards the toilet, I heard a girl crying in the living room. I froze. I couldn’t move the hallway went cold I could see my breath in the mist. I quickly ran to my sisters room and scared and told her she thought I was being silly and told me to go back to bed.
Now I am quite used to this happening but I still get scared thinking about it.

DaJaNa-you know what maybe the girl is sad because she doesnt know how to cross over.maybe tell her shes passed on and look in to the light and you’ll see your family and friends there.i think thats the only thing i can think of.it might not bother you as much but she needs to move on.thanks for the story and if you do tell her let us know.

hmm… sounds kinda like that movie paranormal activity towards the end of the story to me… about the picture of the little girl…..
sounds like you ought to study that photo album and try to find some names and dates. you might find out when those people lived there and who the girl was. i hope you have fun researching!!

ooops, sorry i realised that too when i was just reading it now i wrote christmas by accident i dont really remember because it was years ago
oh yeah i see i made a mistake this story was a long time ago and i might of taken a bit of the text out thats why it says christmas because i was writing it about something else.
but yes it was christmas around about december it was odd because all the windows were shut and it was always warm because of the heaters but after it went cold i asked my uncle to look at the onditioning because they werent meant to be on and he did say that they weren`t on in the 1st place…

In your second paragraph you say it was Christmas time yet when you realised the bedroom was cold you say it was unusual for July?

I was reading that about your Uncle coming for Christmas then you said it was cold for July… to tell the truth I thought it was something like my Brother he came for Christmas said he was there for only the holidays he stayed for 4 years lol! it was a long holiday lol!!! that’s why I didn’t question that part lol!

You sound very young and I suspect you are trying very hard to participate in this forum with you own story — whether it is completely true or not. But I’m afraid that your facts are so convoluted that it’s very hard to buy into your experiences as true. For instance, your mom must be a *very* sound sleeper for you to have been able to speak to the ghost from the bed in which you were sleeping with both your mom and your sister. The proximity of your voice had to have been pretty close for her to have slept through this “conversation” with a ghost. Then you talk about your father and uncle having left for work, yet you don’t mention your father before, especially since you say you were sleeping w/ your mom because you had to give-up your room to your uncle. Where was your dad sleeping? If he was in the bed too, now we’re really talking a cozy proximity to your “verbal conversation” with the ghost. Sweetie, sometimes make-believe sounds like a good idea, and believe me I am a strong advocate for imagination, but you should not try to take it into a reality setting. It just won’t work. Unless one is an extremely good writer, there will always be holes in the story when one is fabricating events.

nope — pls reread it. you are mistaken. She says it was cold in the room which was unusual because it around July.
But yes…Caretaker graciously called this error in months just an anomaly that will no doubt be explained by the writer and asked for a “ceast and desist” on this point!
hey dajana finding this album on sudden one day when u have not seen it other days is quite a clue.she might just be wanting u to help her.all those wierd things may be just an indication that she exists.she hasnt harmed u.so i suggest u to know what she is upto.hope this might help
