Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I moved into my new home. Our home is located in Northern Illinois in a big city. It is a small little house with a pointy roof. The house has a circle shape at the top of the house.  We were happy to finally move into a house after living in a mobile home for 7 years. Me my daughter Christina and Mike reside in the little house. We were busy moving into the house and we finally had settled in. It seemed almost right after we moved in. I got the call to return to full time work, after being laid off for 9 months.

After a couple of weeks after settling in the house I started to dream about the people who used to live in the home before we moved in.

In the first dream I saw a woman with long brown hair showing the house. This woman was walking up and down the different levels of the home showing the residence. In this dream I saw the woman with the long brown hair dressed in black heels and she had on a business outfit. I assumed she was a real estate agent showing the house. Another dream showed me a family with children living in the house.

I called the real estate agent who sold me the house and he knew nothing about the former occupants of the house. I talked to a neighbor and he said that a older couple had lived in the house and had rented the home out to a family with children.

About a month later I was falling asleep and put my daughter asleep in the next room. I woke up to feel some moving around on my bed and assumed it was Christina, who woke up and came into my room to bother me.

I then started to yell at Christina. “Go to sleep.” I looked up and saw a girl about 10 years old with a white dress on standing in the living room, starring at me.

The girl in the long dress had long blond hair and blue eyes. Her face was pale white I saw a strange white glow around the girl. I yelled thinking it was Christina, my mind was sleepy and I could not comprehend what was happening.

I suddenly realized that Christina was 7 and had short brown hair. I went into her room and saw her lying on her bed rubbing her eyes. Christina responded. “Mom I am tired and you woke me up.” I turned and looked toward my bedroom. I looked at the location of where the paranormal event had happened and thought, that the girl near the foot of my bed had to be a ghost. I went back into the living room and saw the ghost girl had disappeared.

I ran to tell my ex husband who was visiting when this had happened. He only said you were dreaming.
