Two Different Cases of Paranormal Encounters

A friend of my daughter has been living in her current home for a little over three months. Her husband opened the back door one day and saw this black figure and started telling it to leave, which it did. Another time they were arguing when a white figure touched his shoulder. It was like his anger disappeared instantly… I think of those 2 as evil spirit and guardian angel spirit.

She also hears a baby crying and when she goes and checks on her daughter, she is sound asleep and there is no way she could of made the cries. My daughter has also heard the baby crying. When they first moved there she fell asleep with her daughter on her chest (and she was just a newborn) and when she woke up her daughter was across the room laying on the floor asleep, as if something or someone moved her there. Sleep Paralysis and Electrical Pulses

I first experienced sleep paralysis a few years ago and found it very scary.

I was aware of electrical pulses, a bit like in the film Ghost when people walk through Patrick Swayze, like that sound. I felt like some thing had entered my body or passed through it, this is usually how my sleep paralysis begins.

This time I went to bed and was aware of my ice skating twirling dream and the fact I could not move. I was awake and it took me ages to be able to call for help. I felt like I could not breathe. My partner calmed me down and I fell right back into deep REM sleep and it happened again.

Cured of Sleep Paralysis

Okay, it’s not that I haven’t considered it. I have. I do believe in sleep paralysis. Just a plain old ordinary condition… nothing special. But you couldn’t understand. Not unless you lived through it. Everything is vividly real. It is terrifying. Reading about it, and experiencing it are not the same thing.

Some of the things that people have experienced cannot be explained away by those symptoms. Such as the auditory hallucinations. (those admittedly could be explained away by nightmares) And I know, that all the experiences are similar, which seems to indicate a common disease. However, I’ve felt sensations. Such as I was moving, and groping around in the darks, and I could feel things. Like my nightstand etc. And it wasn’t like other dreams, when you “feel” something. It felt like I was actually there.

Ever since I was a boy, I’ve been fascinated by the paranormal. The wonder of there being an afterlife, fueled my will power to know more. My Supernatural Life Began at 40

Most of the supernatural events began in my life at 40 years of age. My sister was losing her house and asked me to have a séance with her to find out what might happen, stupidly I agreed. My Sleep Paralysis Encounter Psychological or Supernatural?

I’ve only ever encountered this only one time when I was 18 years old. One thing I can’t do is figure out whether this was psychological or supernatural.

Scary Sleep Paralysis Experience

Okay well lets start from the beginning: I have been into tracking spirits since I was 10, my old house was haunted and I had been scared; my sister thinks the spirit followed me or since I live near a cemetery that it may be something from there.

My Old Hag Experience

I suffer from insomnia, with 3 boys 10 and under, this wont do, so I take a sleeping pill that knocks me out for 12 hours without fail. Once it kicks in and I fall asleep all 3 of my boys can rough house over me jump on me and I don’t waken (it has been tried thank goodness for my husband).

One night in a deep sleep I had a nightmare. I screamed at myself to wake up which I’ve done before due to lots of nightmares in the past. Sleep Paralysis Demon – Biting Back

I’ve suffered from this strange affliction for years. I never really see the thing in the room with me. I lie there aware but motionless. It’s skin is a dark, dark blue. Sometimes there are many. They are short. They seem to be doing or trying to do something to me. Like some type of surgery. I can’t cry out or move. One time I could talk and was begging them to stop. They just looked at me like a dumb animal and continued.

Something Dark Has Followed Me

When I was younger, I would see this big black figure, it was very tall, tall enough that as I laid in bed and saw it coming from around the corner, its head nearly touched the ceiling. (so about 6 1/2 feet) I used to get paralyzed by it. It would stand next to my entertainment stand and seemingly stare at me.
