Sleep Paralysis and Bad Dreams

I’ve been doing some research on sleep paralysis, but haven’t really found anyway to get rid of it. For about four years its been happening to me, once or twice a month.

The first time it happened I was 14, my mother said it was a bad dream but it wasn’t. I was sleeping and my alarm clock went off and it was so strange I could not move and I started to panic, I tried to open my eyes but they wouldn’t although I could move my eyeballs. I tried to yell but nothing was happening and when I tried to move my body I just couldn’t. In my mind I was screaming and trying to get my body to respond. Back in February, I made my own Ouija board on a wooden board and carved out the letters. I haven’t used it yet because I can’t find anybody to do it with me. So its in my wardrobe at the bottom of my bed.

Paranormal Experiences all My Life

I have had paranormal experiences for as long as I can remember. On and off since I was three years old I have been menaced by a large black shadow creature. I have experienced sleep paralysis from 12 years old until after sometime around 1983.

My sister and I heard ghostly footsteps in the middle of the night only during the summer time for years. Last year in July of 2008, I had decided to go on a trip to Arizona by myself. It was a personal adventure, and a way for me to learn how to be more independent (I have certain phobias, and this was suppose to help shock me into not fearing being alone). Since I was 15 or 16 it seems I have experienced large amounts of paranormal activity.  Over the years I have seen things that cannot be explained, in several different homes.  My family moved around a bit when we were young.

One house I lived in when I was fourteen had a lot of activity. At night I would hear footsteps up and down the stairs every night, all night. The Ghosts In My House

Hello, my name is Emilee and I have a pretty freaky house. Since I was a toddler I have been seeing the ghosts. They all have scared me and my mom. We both hear the ghosts but I see and interact with them.

Terrifying Sleep Paralysis Experience

About 12 years ago I had an experience with sleep paralysis. As far as I can recall it is the one and only time I have ever went through it.

Evil Shadow Entity Attack During Sleep

In late 2007 I had a life changing experience with an evil shadow entity. I was living in an apartment at the time. I had been living in this apartment for less than a year and I always felt uneasy there. I remember lights would flicker for no reason and pets would always be “watching” something I could not see. I never really thought much of it though.

One thing I noticed is that almost as soon as I moved there I would always wake up not being able to move.
