I have had many experiences with the unexplained. Really started I think about the age of 12 or 13. Anyways, I have seen two different people in the past 10 years that I am sure were people who had already died. Both times I was driving down the road.
The first about eight years ago, I would see a young man on my way to work walking along side the road walking in the same direction so his back was to me. I would get close enough that I could see what clothes he was wearing and by his build and the way he walked that he was a young man. But I could never get close enough to actually see him because he would just disappear. This was in Michigan.
I now live in Arkansas, well about eight months ago, I was on my way back from town a road I travel almost every day it happened again. My oldest daughter and her two children were with me. I saw a man walking towards the road on the other side of the road. I could see what he was wearing, his face the color of his hair his build everything.
If I saw a picture of this man I would know it. He looked as if he were going to walk across the road, I thought maybe to check the mail or something. I looked to find there was no mailbox across the street. I realized there was oncoming traffic and this guy wasn’t slowing down in his pace. I remember thinking to myself, oh my god he is going to walk right out between two automobiles. He walked what looked like between them.
It all happened so fast, but I was in shock expecting this guy to just go flying up in the air and nothing happened. Then I realized if they didnt hit him then he actually walked behind the last car and oh my god that meant I was the one that was going to hit him. I almost locked my brakes up. Thank god no one was behind me. My daughter screamed what the hell are you doing. When I said I thought I was going to hit that guy I realized no one was really there. I only have seen him that one time.
I Have other events from when I was younger but a little hard to talk about.

You know wat this story remindes me of it reminds me of a horror movie, some one walking on the road and to notice that there is some one else, mostly i hear a lot of these sotrys and i have to belive them because every day i see ghosts and i belive that maybe just maybe that some one out there understands wat i am saying, any ways i belive this TRUE story 104% even if there was such a nubmeber like that than that would be cool, ilove hearing sotrys like this. thanks for posting them

its ok if some stories r just 2 hard 2 talk about but anyways im pretty sure its a spirit and not a demon…that is a good thing cuz he aint dangerous!! well that spirit probably hasnt crossed over to the other side so he still wanders the Earth but ha its a good thing u didnt run it over thinking it coulda been a real person at least ur a careful driver lol[=
but either way keep on writing stories i’d like to hear more about this spirit if u have any more encounters with him

if you can talk about it I would love to hear the other stories.I do believe you too.There is a road that i heard about .never been down thats road and people said there were strange things that happened.now its nothin really.so if i do believe that i do believe you too.thanks and when you are ready to tell us,we’ll be here.
makes you wonder if that road is where he died. or maybe he lived somewhere near the area. it does sound like a residule ghost if they do the same thing night after night. those old roads have a history, even before they were paved. thanks and take your time if you feel you can relate more.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful story. Question, did you daughter see the man as well? I agree with gorgeous and the other readers, this man more than likely has not crossed over yet. I would have been terrified if I had seen something like that. Actually, I did see what appeared to be the ghost of our neighbor who had passed on several years ago, while my husband and I were out taking a walk in the neighborhood in the evening time. I felt like someone was starring at me, I looked up at a house that was being built and saw a young man on top of the house. When we came back by the house, he was gone (only a few seconds after I had seen him). When his wife (whose name is Mary as well) had shown us some pictures of her husband when he was younger, it was the spliting image of the man that I thought I had seen that evening.
