Looks like I’m here to tell you guys a different story that had also happened to me.
This event took place way before my friends and I ever went ghost hunting and when my fiancé and I didn’t live together yet.
I believe it was during spring break when my fiancé had come down for the week, well we thought that one of the nights was nice out, so we both agreed we would go walking that night seeing as the moon was full and lit the ground up so we didn’t have to use a flash light, well I went back inside to get my arm warmers seeing as I can get cold easily. When I was done we soon took off to the road. My family and I at the time lived in the country 3 miles outside of Christoval Texas in the neighborhood of Oaks Mountain Estates. So we didn’t have to worry about cars driving by, the only thing we had to worry about where the wild animals like the bobcats, coyotes, mountain lions and deer.
It took my fiancé and I about a minute to reach the road, we then had to decide what way we would go walking in and we decided to go left, as we walked we passed by a field that separated our land from the neighbors next door and then we reached the neighbors house, how ever I started to get this bad vibe from that direction, but I don’t remember if I said anything to my fiancé or not, but we both stopped in front of there house because I saw some one at there front door that I didn’t recognize at all, he was a middle aged man that had some what of a stomach and a dark green shirt with a light green stripe in the middle of it, he also had brown hair and khaki pants on and stood about 5′ 8, His back was turned to us, well I looked away over at my fiancé and then at the door again and this time he wasn’t there, he had disappeared.
Well I told my fiancé what I saw and he said he had just saw something over by the tress moving and it was hunched over and gargoyle like. When he told me this I got the feeling that we should leave and we did, we went back home, however I could sense that thing following us up until we reached the light of the house.
That night before I fell asleep, I had heard something coming upstairs, but I knew there was no one awake downstairs, for my parents where asleep and so was my brother, my fiancé slept on my floor in my room. What I head was some one hitting the wood railing that were in the loft and then hit one of the air vents, I was a bit creeped out at this, in the end I fell asleep, but woke up some time during the night and I couldn’t move, I believe the only thing I could move a single muscle as much as I tried I couldn’t. Eventually I was able to move and I woke my fiancé up and told him what happened, he sat down with me on my bed for awhile to help calm me down seeing as I was freaking out a little bit, after awhile we both went back to bed.
The next night I heard the same thing again and when I fell asleep I woke up some time during the night again and couldn’t move once more, this time I could open my eyes and move them around and I didn’t see anything in front of me, since that was the only thing I could see since I couldn’t move. After a few seconds the demon let go of me and I could move. Again I woke my fiancé up and told him what happened and this time my fiancé slept with me, at this point I felt safe and like nothing was going to happen.
After those two incidents the demon left us alone and never came back and I was glad it was gone, but I knew that it wasn’t exactly gone for good, it was still in my neighborhood, but it just didn’t want to mess with me any more.
A few months passed when I was telling my friend that story and I had a ghost book I was reading after I told her the story, well I found out something in that book. It said on one of the pages that some times ghost appear to warn us of things. When I read that I thought back to that guy I saw and it came to me that the ghost of that guy was warning us of the demon that was hiding in the shadows of the night.
I do have other stories to tell, but for a later time.
