I have read this site and one thing I do not see in much detail is how you people are conducting you Ouija sessions!
Myself I have never touched a Ouija board, nor will I ever, nor will I ever endorse it, or use it at one of my company’s Ghost Hunting Events.
I am one of the lucky ones who get to speak to spirit in a controlled environment (Closed Physical Circle) with plenty of protection every week.
Please be cautious should you decide to dabble with Spirit / Ouija boards, because if you chose to play with fire sooner or later you can get burnt. My family used to use them and were very lucky to get a good guide, she did stay with them all the time and never went until they formed their first Closed Physical Circle in around 1970 and they were told by spirit communicators through direct voice under no circumstances do you ever use the Ouija board again.
If you are going to dabble in any form of spirit contact please take safety in mind! Please, please, please, stick to these few simple rules when trying to contact spirit in anyway, this is not a guarantee but it may make the difference.
Opening – ask for guidance and protection from Spirit / Guides / Angels / Universal energy / Fairies etc… either privately or as a group. It does not have to be a religious thing so everyone can do this in some way. I do encourage everyone to take the 10 seconds this takes and do this. What can it hurt? It’s better to be safe than sorry. Always ask “please guard us and only allow good spirits to the exclusions of all others” and then send POSITIVE thoughts to good spirits. An experienced demonologist will tell you that by doing this in the name of God or whatever good deity you worship, you will keep any non human spirits at bay since they have to leave you alone when told so in this manner. (REMEMBER LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE, THEREFORE IF YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD, FEEL UNDER THE WEATHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY, UNDER THE OF DRUGS OR DRINK ETC… THEN DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT!)
IF PEOPLE WANT TO SAY A PRAYER THEY CAN FOR EXAMPLE
Opening Prayer:
1. Saint Michael the Archangel, Defend us in battle
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the Devil
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray
And do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host,
By the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits
Who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen
Never say “is there any body/thing there”! Always assume there is going to be a good spirit there, and whilst waiting for them to contact say “we would like to thank the good spirits for being with us” Whilst in contact, try to treat any spirit contacted with respect so no silly questions! this would antagonize you, so why would it not antagonize them? Also when contacting spirit in any other environment than a physical séance room, you should always question yourself over what was said and predominantly take it with a pinch of salt until it can be proven through which ever means ie research, history, old archives, etc… “some spirit do lie even if there not there to hurt you”
To close your sessions you should thank and bless the spirit that you contacted then recite one of these Prayers
1. Lord, keep us safe this night,
secure from all our fears;
may angels guard us while we sleep,
till morning light appears
Amen
2. Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

THANK YOU for that message… so often we see stories of BAD things coming from people who have used the Ouija board unwisely….it is not a toy and why it is marketing in a toy/game section is beyond me! Thank you again! I am sure your post will save many Ouija users a lot of grief if they heed your advice!
no matter how many people say dont play with one,even if they know its dangerous they will for being curious.i wont try one.there are people that are lucky that nothing has happened,and then others not so lucky.thanks for the info.
Good choice there are so many safer options rather than Ouija, unfortunately they take a little longer to work, but do deliver much more outstanding results, just something to think about if you ever decided to go there.`

Very true if you play with fire and set precautions to not get burnt, then you are less likely to not receiving scars, if you choose to go in blind even when people give you clear instruction, well do so at your own risk.
I disagree with you. God doesn’t like the fact that we human beings communicate with the dead at the first place. So no matter how you pray before you communicate with the othe world, you will not be protected by God.

Where are you getting this idea from? Do you have any scriptures or other evidence to convince any readers of the validity of this statement? Our gifts come from God. Why would he give us the gift of communication if he doesn’t want us to use it?

If it is truth you seek only God can give you truth if it is power you seek you will only have the power that God gives you so why then would you seek the dead and not your God?
um yea…. you sound like one of those God freaks!! now i dont mean believing in God is wrong I believe in God i mean you sound like one of those who make God out to be vengeful and what not…and I agree with medium you have nothing proving this….i have read the bible it says nothing about communication with the dead….and if you ask for God protection in any circumstance it will be given….so hush!

I think you need to go back and read some again because there is a lot about that subject in the Bible.

No problem, I see the way it is worded that if someone read it by itself it might seem at first glance to mean the opposite of what I am really saying.
Basically someone claims to have read the bible but says it has nothing about talking with the dead. That makes me wonder, because I too have read the Bible extensively and there is much mention of the subject throughout.

I dont know much about communicating with general spirits, but i do know not to seek council from them. To top it all off, just go to God for council. ive never felt true comfort from being around a spirit other than the one of Christ.
All i can say to this is religion is a personal choice and not something that should be forced onto others, just remember there are so many religions to choose from if you ram yours down peoples throats why would they choose it? and not choose a more peaceful option

these boards are dangerous. im speaking as a guardian angel. to start off i’ve dealt with demons before. i also have protection from the all mighty lord. these portals are dangerous and should not be taken lightly. i take a human form and sometimes myself i get scared, do not fear these demons. stay calm and be in control. bless you all and have faith remember the lord loves us.

You are a guardian angel, how the heck are you posting on a board then? I am just curious as you say sometimes you take a human form and that threw me off some as well. I am not doubting you but just wondering how you type if you are a guardian angel?
Once again I am not trying to be funny or doubt you as I love Guardian Angels and GOD himself! I love everything good in life and want to improve VERY MUCH in my life as well and do better! I am not myself right now IMO, just not what I used to be and it seems I am slipping although I know God loves me deep inside.
For all those that appreciated the post your welcome, I do quickly want to point out im not advising you to go do the Ouija board, but if you going to do it do it safe and i hope this does keep people safe.
For all the Religious people making comments, look into history and people were contacting Spirit long before your religion was around and if you reed your bible , i do recall someone going to the top of the mountain to receive commandments? from God “the higher spirit”, im not trying to question your religion or any of you that believe in your god and book being the only correct one, but it could be worth possibly removing some naivety and take a look at the option that everybody’s “god” is the same person and its just your particular umbrella of religion that tells you its wrong to attempt to contact spirit as other religions promote this look at the Native American Indians or The Aborigines and there are many African tribes, all around long before Christianity all praying to gods, but all promoted to contact Spirit……!!!
But you do know that Native Americans had Shamans that talked to these spirits as not any and everyone was knowledgeable enough to deal with the spirit world. Also, Africans had people who were experienced with the spirit world that were the ones contacting the spirits. Not every and anybody were contacting spirits. There was a reason for that just like there is a reason for only experienced people interacting with the spirit world today.

Also like today it was the experienced people that give the non experienced people the experience of Spirit contact, and that is why i swear DO NOT ATTEMPT SPIRIT CONTACT ALONE visit a well REPUTABLE, EXPERIENCED medium. My post is for the people that are not sure where to go or what to do or who to trust and choose to go it alone, well why not guide these people into doing it a safe way? they are going to do it anyhow

I would advise to leave well enough alone. Unfortunately as a skeptic I did not realize the power until it was too late. I am a firm believer now, and would like to have known then what I know know now. I played with one many years ago, and my life has never been the same. This is possibly the worst, and most dangerous item on the market with the possible exception of handguns. I have lived in terror for many years, unable to find help. I know that many will not heed this advice, but this has ruined my life, and PLEASE don’t let it ruin yours. Some things that are done cannot be undone. If your curious please just read the stories, and leave it at that. Any advice for someone who has been tormented for years? The church has refused to believe me or help in any way, and shamans take one look, and run. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you
