I have submitted stories before, I had good feedback and will like to share one last story with you.
About two years ago while working I heard someone calling my name, they called me on my nickname (only close friends use my nickname), so I went out to see who came to visit me, but there was no one there… so I figured I was imagining it. Well two days later my friend almost died.
A year ago I was listening to music on my ipod when I thought I heard my mom calling me, I paused, but then remembered that I was alone. I grab my bat, thought that someone might be in the house, but I didn’t see anything. I went back to my room, laying down on the bed I heard someone calling me again. The voice sounded like they were lost or couldn’t find me. I got up and looked through the house again, but nothing. I got a phone call a few minutes later, it was my friend – his girlfriend just died in a horrible car accident.
A few months ago I was sleeping when I heard someone calling my name again, it was so close. Right next to my ear. I sat up and looked around, but didn’t see anyone. It was about 4 am at the time. At around 8 am that same day I got a phone call from my mom, my gran died 4 am that morning. Same time I heard that voice.
This is starting to freak me out! What is it? Can I sense that death is near? Have anyone else had the same experiences? Thank you for reading my story!

this sort of thing happened to my mom. but it wasn’t a voice, she just knew the phone was about to ring and why. don’t be too alarmed. you probably won’t, at least i hope not, hear it again. why they pick certain people we can’t know. don’t go listening for it, it will cause undo stress for you!

Also hope that I wont hear it again, it scares me. Each time that it heard it something bad happened. When the phone rang, was it good or bad news? Does this happen often to your mom?
no charmaine, it didn’t thankfully. mom is gone now nearly five years. i remember her telling me about the dream she had the day before her mom died. she was in her parents home and there were men dressed in black carrying things out of the house. on the wall was a picture, which i have, of mom and grandma. the thing was, picture had been cut and my grandma’s was missing. she got the call the next morning. she also always knew when her sisters were calling before she answered. she had a grandfather who was a cherokee chief in nebraska. i feel that her native american heritage had something to do with it. thanks for asking!

no charmaine, i don’t because i’m adopted! i don’t have a psychic bone in my body, except for the fact that i see them around the house. now my boyfriend can predict things. i get lottery scratch off tickets from time to time and he will predict that they are winners before i scratch them. you ought to see him play along with the people on the tv show price is right!
My boyfriend and his family are Native American, and they are very spiritual, especially with their Native beliefs. Anytime anyone close to their family, or my family since I am now part of theirs, owls come around. Anytime they see an owl in their back yard, someone in the family has passed, or will pass very soon.

I believe you, I only get a dream once time at night on september 6, 2004 middle of night i dream my grandpa died then next morning my mom woke me up on the september 7, 2004 he did died that middle of the night. guess to let me know or something. he is third person that i lost since my daddy then my best friend both died along time ago. It not your fault what cause like that make you i think you some phyisc <- sorry for the spelled.
Wow! I once heard what sounded like my mom calling my name, but she didn’t. I asked my dad and her, but nobody called my name.

i guess I’m just more sensitive to the paranormal, have seen and heard a lot of weird things in my life…non as scary as this, for I know if I hear someone calling my name, someone I care about might pass on

This happens to me from time to time not only with death though.
A few nights before my mother died I sat almost in tears, thinking about what it would be like to loose her. I had nightmares and kept getting the letter K in my mind, Her name was Kathy.
Lost her in a Car Crash a few days later, to a dangerous driver.
Ever since then I have had little hints with letters and dreams, whether it be to illness or death.
Whether it’s coincidence or not I will leave to your thoughts.

No not only letters, I remember one night I had a dream of someone floating over me who had no face just like a clear white smoke who was looking down on me. It was so real, it was the bedroom exactly the way it was, it was extremely clear and I was looking upwards.
Felt calm for a good few seconds looking at this person above then I can remember screaming. Woke up panicking and then felt extremely guilty. As I realized she was not there to hurt me. Woke up the husband and sat talking to him for ages – next thing I knew I was waking up to a phone call about my gran being taken into hospital.
To this day I feel as though I really scared someone away who had no intention of being mean

I think there is this fairy in your house called Banshee. When someone close in the family
is dying, a Banshee, (female spirit) will make a
wailing sound. This wailing sound is the signal
that death is approaching.

oh my god i have that to im glad im not alone my latest one was i heard my great granny who died of cancer and i heard her calling me in a voice tone like she was sad but it didnt scare me because it had happened before but i was sad because she died the next day

Hey i know this sounds wierd …….. but i can feel deaths or sumthng like that approaching ……

I travel through time every day. I am a time traveler. I travel through both time and space…
i wouldn’t call myself a time traveler but I’ve had a couple time related experiences.one time i was looking up at a clock just to see if i had to go back to class and it jumped ahead about five minutes and all the people around me kinda jumbled around into different locations.another time i was outside and the sun moved quite a bit more abruptly than normal…this time travel phenomena has one of three explanations i changed time around myself, some entity changed time around me or i had a stroke(not likely i was 17).so far I’ve assumed the former and have thus attempted to control this ability to no avail; I’ve only ever gone forwards and have probably done so more times than i am aware of.i would love to post both stories in full onto the site but i have a terrible memory and a tendency to fill in the blanks with bits of my imagination.
We are moving forward in time… I am one day older than I was yesterday… and tomorrow I will be another day older again. We travel through space with every footstep we take. We are all time travelers. “I am a traveler through both time and space..” is part of the lyrics from Led Zeppelin’s Kashmir by the way.

during tym travelling i see the happenings as if i am luking it with a net in my eyes……………..
people around me can neither see me nor touch me…….. but i can see them ( well i can’t touch them 2)…..
Okay I’m very scared because when I touch my friends I see their death’s and their past. It is like a movie playing over my vision and the worst part is I feel the pain of the death.I’ve told one of my friends and he can keep a secret but the thing is I pass all my pain to him sometimes. Me and him made a deal on this.
