I moved to the house I now live in Colorado when I was four, ever since that age I’ve been having dreams of a man like a shadow and a woman with a blackish brown dress. I never really listened to what my dreams were telling me.

When I became eleven my sister left to Mexico so I had to sleep by myself because we shared rooms. At first I thought it would be cool til it came to be midnight, I turned off the light and turned to my left. Then suddenly I felt someone climbing up on my bed. You could hear the sound of the bed going down. I was so freaked out that I turned to my right quickly nothing was there. I turned on the lights everything was okay. I turned off the lights again but I was just looking at the ceiling trying to sleep when suddenly I felt something trying to climb on me.

I told no one about it the next morning. Things kinda got okay until the day I me and my sister went into the kitchen to drink water my mom and dad where fast asleep. We had our back to the front door when suddenly we heard a man breathing near the front door. We thought it was my dad but when we turned around still nothing. We ran to our room and locked the door. It was quiet for about 2 minutes until the sound of breaking plates, chairs moving around and ripping of papers. We told my mom the next morning but she said it was just a nightmare.

Days later on May 28, 2008 my family and I were getting ready to leave to Mexico. My mom was in the kitchen when my uncle walks in and sees death behind my mother but he doesn’t tell no one until we left. On May 30 we have a car accident that causes my grandparents death; Granma and Granpa. Days later my aunt went to wash clothing downstairs and saw the woman in the blackish brown dress pass in front of her. She dropped everything and ran upstairs. She told us what had happened and I told my mom I told you but she still couldn’t believe it.

When my aunt moved out we were cleaning the basement when my mom and my sister saw a brown tail or something pulling its self into the room where my cousins slept. Once again I was sleeping by myself in my room. I had barely become 14, my sister wanted to sleep in the living room. When I turned to my right something climbed on me. I froze. I could feel someone breathing on my neck. I just stood up and ran to tell my mom but she just said Victoria (sis) go sleep with your sister she’s having nightmares.

When I came back home from school my mom told me that when my dad left in the morning to work she could hear someone moving everything in the kitchen with no one there. I even began having dreams of the shadow guy again. He would climb on me, he would try to even rape me, he would try to choke me, even pull me off my bed. In one of my dreams he graved my neck and said “don’t say anything”.

This thing followed me to school and when I traveled. My mom took me to a Curandera which is a women who checks you and can help you get better and knows with an egg. It turned out he was a demon that was trying to break up my family but since it didn’t work so it went to me because I am quiet, young, and still a virgin that that’s why he would climb on me. I asked her if the woman I saw was good or bad, she said it was death and that death wanted me and the demon was trying to go in me for the past 10 years. She is helping me get rid of it because it has also hurt my little baby brother who became one in October 18, 2009. I’m still 14 but this is a true story. I’m still having nightmares of this demon and death. It also turned out that I would scream at my parents and couldn’t control my left because they were both controlling me and trying to hurt me.
