I was only six years old at the time this occurred, but like most people say, I remember it like it was yesterday. The sighting took place in the house that I grew up in.
My mother passed away a few weeks before my sixth birthday. Trying to go back to a normal way of living, my family threw me a birthday party. Doing what little girls do best, I was playing dress up in my mothers old room. Out of nowhere, I began smelling her perfume. Not thinking much of it, I continued with what I was doing.
A few moments later, while looking in the mirror, a white figure began to appear directly behind me, and faster than I could blink, flew across the room and disappeared.
I’m happy that my mother came by to wish me happy birthday.
