Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

After reading so many stories from India I am inspired to share my story as well. I have been doing my post graduation from the city called as Gwalior. Its an historic city with so many old palaces and monuments. After shifting to Gwalior I came to know that my best friend’s family is also shifted there. Her father was in Army and  got transferred to this city I was very happy because it was my another home away from home. It give me immense pleasure to spend my week end with this family. Every body in the family is very jolly in nature and I always get warm welcome in that home.

The home was little bit away from the main city and had lots of open area to play and roam around. The home was build by government and has similar old structure for most of the bungalow. at that time my friend was also perusing post graduation with different stream and her brother was doing engineering. They bought new computer and has internet connection in their home their room was little bit far from main bungalow and got a huge garden between the room and main bungalow. so all of us children spend most of the time in that room as it give us some privacy to share our thought and argument on different matter.

Now my friend Anju (Changed name) was a brilliant student and outward person who always keep on talking. She developed a habit of chatting for long hours after returning from the college. most of the time its evening when all the family member used to sit in lawn. In this particular room there were a Window which gives a view for the open space which was left over as a play ground or something. It had a tree in middle of this ground which could be clearly seen from the window. One day some strange things happen Anju was trying to have one small nap when her mother came to the room and asked her to join them in lawn instead of sleeping at evening hours. It is said that one should not sleep in dusk time when day and night meet. But Anju ignore this and again tried to sleep after some time she had a dream of her family coming in the room and talking to her then suddenly they all disappeared and one person with long white beard and all white cloth came and there were smoke all over the room and he said you have to come with me as I came here to take you along with me. After this Anju got very frightened and got up and saw every where but no body was there so she start crying and ran up to lawn where rest of the family member were sitting. She narrated the incident to them. First they thought it would be a dream but every one believe to what Anju was saying when the father of Anju said some two three days back some body was whispering in his ear and said he will take away Anju far from them.

Now every body was scared they enquired with some neighbor and came to know that there are many stories of Jinn in that area. Some more days passed. Between that time I visited that home but I didn’t know any thing about this incident I met Anju as usual. She said I am having fever since last week. When I shake hands with her her hand was as cold as ice and she got strange look on her face kind of starring at me she was looking weak and ill. after that I came to know that she got very ill and was hospitalized for one week and doctor couldn’t diagnose the reason. She lost interest in food and food or any other smell like perfume irritate her. She totally stopped eating, Then some body suggested some pundit (Baba) address to the family so Anju and his brother went to that place. There were a baba named as Dannde wale baba he used to be serve at one dargah and was good at handling paranormal things. Now some more weird things happen.

When brother sister duo happen to reach there at dargah baba pour some holy water in Anju’s eyes and according to Anju she fell in deep sleep and remember nothing. But scariest thing the brother who was sitting beside her said Anju was we well awake and was talking to baba in male voice. Baba questioned her about his identity and in answer to this Anju in male voice said I am jinn and used to live on the tree next her room and I like this girl very much and wont leave her. After this baba start hitting her in her legs and she start screaming after some time she got fainted and baba gave her some sacred pendent to wear on. On return journey Anju’s brother enquired about what happened to that place to which she said I don’t remember any thing cause I was in deep sleep. To this he got very scared and at home he narrated this incident to uncle and aunty. soon after this Anju start recovering and start eating food and now every thing is fine after some time they changed the house and shift to other bungalow.
