Freaky Old Queenslander in Brisbane

About 2 years ago I was living by myself in an old Queenslander in Brisbane Australia with just my cat for company. I worked 2 jobs so I got home late every night and my friend who lived in the house behind mine asked me to come over most nights after work for a cuppa so she would know that I was safe. I never really felt anything creepy in my house but I would always hear footsteps running around my house late at night which at first I passed off as the neighbours kids next door being rowdy as that house was very close to mine. That was until my friends hot water system broke and she and her husband and 2 kids would come over to use my shower, and they both told me on separate occasions that when they were in my house alone they would hear running through the house and thought it was my cat …

Ghost in Photo on Australia Grave Stone?

I was taking a photo of my grandfathers grave (W.M. Towell) recently in Brisbane Queensland, Australia. A friend was looking at the photo and inquired how old the grave to the left of my grandparents grave was.

When I zoomed the photo in I immediately saw a woman’s face looking back from the centre of the gravestone. After looking for a while longer not really believing what I was seeing I noticed to the top left of the headstone is what appears to three Australian Soldiers wearing their army Slouch Hats. On the right hand side of the headstone is what appears to be a young women with maybe flowers in her hair.

I hope to hear back on what your opinion is on what I have captured in this picture.

Too Close for Comfort

Hi, my name is Livie and I live in Brisbane, Australia. I have many ghost stories that have happened to me personally, however I would like to share one that occurred around three years ago, and one that I believe is very significant from all that I have witnessed.

The majority of experiences occur in my sleep, and it has gotten to the stage that I now know the difference between a normal dream and a ‘surreal’ dream. This particular night I went to bed like any other night, and it was in my dreams that I met two men somewhere in a green park. I walked up to them and sat down on the grass, where they fell silent and studied me. This happened for a little while, and then one of them nodded his head slightly and disappeared.
