My husband and I believe in the paranormal always have. In the 20 years we have been together we’ve experienced a few unexplained things such as: loud sounds, lamps clicking on as soon as we got home ( a welcome sign I suppose), my hubby and I being awakened in the middle of our sleep by a whispering voice in between us and other experiences. This happened while I was out camping with a girlfriend mom and a couple of buddies. The area this happened in was a place called Jackfish Lake about 35 minutes west of Rocky Mountain House here in Alberta. And before you think that we were all drinking I’ll tell you right now we were sober as a judge.

My girlfriend had bought me a telescope and it had been set up earlier in the evening. So I guess it would of been 11 or 11:30 when we were looking at the moon and stars. Hello my name is Lora the story I’m about to tell happened about 15 years ago. I was 17 and me and a bunch of my friends were hanging out one night and talking and someone said something about a haunted mansion in Brookport, Illinois. It isn’t far from where we were so we all decide to go up there. There were 3 carloads (we travel in packs) so we got there and you have to drive down a long gravel drive to get to it. A couple of years ago, I had arrived home from a school concert and walked into my bedroom without turning the lights on. On one of the walls was a circle of light, rather like a torch beam, but with no apparent source. It moved across the wall, then jumped back, then flew back across the wall, disappearing when it hit the corner of the room.

Opposite that wall was a sofa, some junk, and a window. The window had the curtains drawn, the only light shining through originating from the conservatory the floor below, although the only light that could have come through the curtains is a sliver, while the light I had seen was a full, circular medium-bright torch beam. Hello, I’m purely posting this “story” for information and if anyone knows what is going on and can relate to any of this.

Since I’ve been a young age, I’ve seen “bubbles” in my house, which apparently people refer to these as orbs, and also little flashes of light, as in little sparks, usually collected in a large quantity. I also used to hear tapping on my closet, and it got to the point where I knew when and how many times the knocking would proceed (strange?) I heard footsteps walking up and down the stairs usually around 2 to 3 am. I always was too scared to check (I was only around 6 years old).

My name is Luci and I’m 13. Ever since I was about eight I’ve had a feeling that I’m being followed by some sort of Spirit or Ghost. I don’t think it poses any harm to me, but I wish it would leave me alone!

My first encounter with this ghost was when I was eight or nine. I was laying in my bed and in the corner of my room I saw three of four balls of light glide past. This happened last month near the end of July. I went up to Black Oak, Arkansas to visit my girl friend and her family. While I was staying with them her friend Dusten and Amanda came over, we were sitting there talking about random things then we got on the subject of ghosts. I thought I had one a few months ago but they said there’s a few haunted places around there that they wanted to show me so I said “lets do it.”

I am only 13 but have already had a lot of ghostly experiences. I would like to share some things that have happened, most of them were quite a few years ago, some more recent.

The clearest one happened a few years ago,I must have been about 11 or 12. It was very late one night, and I had been having quite bad sleeping problems. I went through a phase of never being able to get to sleep for hours and hours. So one night, it must have been about 1 am, I was still awake. The rest of the house was quite, so everyone must have been asleep. I was very restless so I got up and turned on my bedroom light. I opened my bedroom door wide. When I was 11, I experienced some very unusual things after my grandfather passed away from lung cancer. It began after my grandmother moved to an old folk’s home after my grandfather’s death. I ended up moving into my grandparents’ bedroom so my mom could occupy my old bedroom. (We had an infestation of mice in the basement where my parents’ bedroom was.)

My first experience was when I was in bed one night. I couldn’t sleep and as a habit, I would stare up at the ceiling in hopes of getting drowsy from it. Of course, it didn’t work. After a while of staring, I noticed these “bubbles” (orbs) forming and they were simply floating above me. There were a few of them and they were white, cookie-size and somewhat transparent. I blinked several times and they were still there. Moments later, they vanished without a trace.

I have had several encounters with the paranormal, ever since I was in third grade, the first, and by far scariest, was at Buder Elementary, I was in third grade, and I was in the hall, coming back from the bathroom, when I heard footsteps on the stairs below me, naturally I stopped, to  see if it was one of my friends, but that’s when it got weird, the footsteps continued to the steps I was on, and as they passed me, I felt a gust of air, like someone quickly passed me, but no person was visible, the footsteps continued to the top stairs, and down the hall, I followed them, and when I got to the top, I saw a broom closet door open, and close by itself, I ran back downstairs, and hurried to class-via the opposite stairwell, and I rarely used that stairwell the rest of third grade.

Well, I’m a bit nervous about posting, I guess you could say I’m really shy about what people with think about the things I say, but, well… here it goes.

First, a little background information. My house is about 12 years old. We live in the country and before we had this house built, we lived in a very old farmhouse. It was falling apart, so we had it burned down and made this house right next to it. I live in a mobile home and in, what is now, the computer room, a marine killed his wife in the middle ’80′s. I have experienced a medium sized shadow. It’s always a side view and it’s sloop shouldered. It comes from my left, like walking through the front window. It continues on until it’s behind me. I wouldn’t look until one night, I got really irritated and swirled my chair around to face it but there was nothing there.

In my bedroom, I read before going to sleep and always lay on my right side. On more than one occasion, I’ve felt like someone sat on the foot of my bed. I have experienced the paranormal since I was a child. I grew up in a tenant house in Rochester, New York that had a watcher that would pace the floor upstairs every night, I lived in many houses with friendly entities but never have I lived with rage like I live with here. Aight im B. Steady and I’ve seen, heard, and experienced some crazy stuff. My first memory I have was my apartment in flames. I was three and all I really remember is explosions and screams.
