Okay, ever since I was a little girl, I sometimes get ‘weird’ feelings and then can see something out of the corners of my eyes. Direct on, my eyesight has always been terrible and sometimes I do wear glasses and the last eye doctor visit I had, he told me my peripheral vision, which is sides of the eyes, is a lot better than my straight on sight.
The things I see seem to be either a shadow or wavy type thing in the air, but they move quick and when I turn head on I cannot see them. What is this?

Your description is very brief, but they might be either elemental energy (fairies etc which can looks like strips of light as well) or shadow people, who look like shadows.
Can you describe them more clearly please?
