The Glowing Eye?

I had a strange experience when I was very young. An eye would appear on a tree close to my home. It would open up, look at me, and glow. Absolutely scared the crap out of me, but I could not get anyone else to see it. My family thought I was nuts.

I dreaded going by the tree because I knew the eye would appear and stare at me, and glow.
Eventually I took some sulphur from the garage and covered the area of the tree where the eye appeared. It never came back.

Had anyone else had a similar experience? What is the significance? What could it have been?
I would be very interested to hear others thoughts on this.

  1. It’s okay, I’ve had this experiment.

    • It’s nice to know that it isn’t just me. I felt a little strange asking the question. It seems like such an odd thing. Thanks for sharing. ;)

  2. Hi L,

I wonder if what was looking at you was the spirit of the tree. We call them Naiad’s or Dryad’s. Spooky and weird, yes, harmful .. generally not.

  3. Yes my 9 year old daughter keeps seeing a demon face out in my back yard by my big oak tree. she blots the back door window with paint and tries to block out the demons face. she is afraid. But she still sees it at night.

  4. Hi Carri,

Your daughter could be seeing an elemental (a nature spirit). Some of them can look pretty scary. What has it done to her? Does it try to get into the house? Is it in her dreams?

  5. To Ama,
My daugther’s name is Chrissy she is terribly scared she has to leave all the lights on in the house at night. she won’t sleep at night at all. I have to give her medication to get her to sleep. Yes she says the demon tries to get into the house. The demon goes into her bedroom. The demon whispers Latin and tries to go into her head. I have taken her to see a doctor he says she is just imagining things. I told her not to let it go into her head. When the weather cools down we will go to the Catholic Church for help, The priest their understands about these problems. He also hands some crosses for spiritual protection . We also take home holy water to help.

  6. Hi Carri,

Doctors can be a pain in the butt, but I do understand when they stick to ‘reality’ in their assessment of things. Mine had a more open mind, and sent me to see a psychiatrist – which I happily did, because it also cleared my mind of any thought that it might be me who was nuts when weird things happened.

According to Christian belief (also society’s laws) you have authority over your daughter and so you can ask for help for her. I would like you to go and read this invocation/prayer to Archangel Michael, and if you think it is appropriate please say it for your daughter, or say it ‘with’ her. This might help the situation, it certainly won’t harm it.

http://www.victorianparanormalconnection.com.au/MichaelInvocation.html read it through to get an understanding of what you are asking, and you can remove the ‘incubus/succubus’ line. Say it with courage, faith and strength. It has proved itself effective all over the world, over the past 14 years.

Also, do you have an rosary beads? You could hang one set in the window of her room, to close that entrance to unwanted energy, and put another over her door, or a cross. I have a cross over my bed, and the rosary at the window. I trust they keep unfriendly entities out of the house.

So many sensitive children are being born into the world right now, and we have to do the best we can to protect them, to allow them time to have a childhood, if nothing else. They will be what they have chosen when they grow up .. they shouldn’t have to deal with negative stuff now.

    Love & Peace
    Ama
