Months ago I started feeling a presence in my apartment. It was physical. Before that, things like me having to leave for an emergency call, not but a couple minutes after throwing a frozen pizza in the oven and forgetting about it and returning only to walk into a room that was just beginning to get smoky and rushing to the oven to find a burned pizza but the oven turned off.
I also recall getting ready to punch someone. I was angry and they deserved it. I went forward to commence fighting and I felt a hand on my back pull me back.
Every so often I can feel it holding my hand and even giving me a kiss. I feel no fear because I am so used to, I will say, “her”. The strangest thing is that every night I feel the bed go down and she lays beside me.just like the weight of a person. Is this a ghost or a poltergeist?

A poltergeist throws things around the room to get attention, a female who goes to bed with you is probably a ghost. That’s she protecting you is lovely, that she’s a lost soul who is probably draining you of energy is almost guaranteed.
How do you feel when she’s around? Do you get cold at unexpected times? Do you become exhausted or depressed? Is she only in your home or does she seem to be at other places with you as well?
Lost souls need living human energy to continue their unnatural existence. When we die we are supposed to go into a place of healing, to let go of the past, recover from our fears, pains and sorrows, and move on. We trap ourselves on this plane for many reasons that seem very good at the time, but over the long haul, all a ghost ends up becoming is very angry, and depressed. That is why people like me, and so many other people who also do this ‘rescue’ work, help the lost cross over.
The simplest way of doing this is to ask your guardian angel (who stands behind your right shoulder) to ‘find’ the lady and ‘take’ her into healing. He’ll know what to do. You don’t have to believe in angels to do this.
