Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

My husband and I believe in the paranormal always have. In the 20 years we have been together we’ve experienced a few unexplained things such as: loud sounds, lamps clicking on as soon as we got home ( a welcome sign I suppose), my hubby and I being awakened in the middle of our sleep by a whispering voice in between us and other experiences. To this date the worst one we (myself and my 2 children) have thus far witnessed is what I believe was an orb. I did a lot of research and spoke to experts about this experience in the past.

My mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma on 03′ and only lived 5 months. a week after she passed away my hubby and I and an argument that was the worst in the 20 years we had been married. After he stormed off into our bedroom my children (12 and 2) and myself witnessed what looked like a ball of light in the middle of our living room and illuminated so brightly it was blinding. We then heard what sound like static and then a loud pop. As quickly as it appeared it disappeared! We know what we saw and know one can ever tell me other wise! So It left me with a big question. Was it my mother-in-law who wanted us to stop fighting or was a negative energy feeding off our rage?
