Ghost Stories & Paranormal Encounters

I lived in Greensboro, North Carolina and I still live here. But when I was born my parents had a house it was old not sure how old I don’t know much about it. I’m 16 and I remember the lay out of the house and few memories more of the scary ones at that. I remember the lady coming up to my mom holding my dogs tags and crying and I didn’t understand what happen but my dog died and it seemed like after that it all went crazy for me.

When I was growing up I had a angel it was my grandmothers sister she was there when I was born and few days later killed by a shotgun blast but I never seen her disfigured or anything she always sat in the rocking chair in the afternoons before I went to bed and she would laugh at me and smile. She scared me because I didn’t know her but never thought of her as a threat then I have no idea if this was after before or during seeing her in the chair I had  this evil clown that was in that house. No body else saw him I used to cry and scream for my mom and she would come in and check on me and it used to get to a regular thing every night in the middle of the night or as I was going to sleep. He never harmed me that I know of. But he always gave me a visit. I hated him a lot. But my mom would crack the door and she sit in the living room and watch TV or something and she would tell me its just a bad dream.. but it went on for around 4 months.

My dad believed me because he grew up seeing things too. so he called his mom.. and My grandma stayed the night and the next day she even told my mom that there was something bad in there she left a bible in my closet where he always came out. Never had any problems with him again.

My grandma she has seen them too she lives with them its I guess something in the family. Her house has many ghost in it but all from her family or friends. I’ve seen them there last summer well my great grandfather woke me up and I didn’t know who it was but he waved. and disappeared when I blinked. I asked her about him and described him with the tattoo I saw from the hall way night light and he was bald. and she goes well you just seen your great grandfather.. I was shocked and had goose bumps everywhere. I didn’t sleep the next few night but smelled tobacco everywhere I went and no one else could smell it and they didn’t smoke. And there’s been numerous people that have seen things in that house just visiting.

I don’t want to sound like I’m psychic or crazy because I honestly thought I was and never spoke a word till few weeks ago because I thought it was something I made up as a child. but I asked my grandma about it and told her everything I remembered and she told me things that filled in the blanks I was wondering about. Now my grandma can make things happen that you wouldn’t believe I know I didn’t. she came down one day and I had a old lamp from a yard sell and when she touched it, it turned on and then off and it was unplugged.. It shocked all of us and it led to all kinds of different theories and explanations.
