Tormented by a Demon from a Ouija Board

Posted on September 11, 2009

Hi, my name is Abby, I am 14 years old. I have a scary encounter to share with you. This is a true story, this happened when I was 13 years old. I had these two old friends, and one of them is a witch and my other friend had this apartment that she was living in with her mother. It was very small it had a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room.

She told us that one time she and her cousin were playing Ouija board at her apartment. They played it for a while, but they never finished it, and there was one day where we found that my friend had been cutting herself, and she had bruises on her arms. We were scared for her.

A couple months later me and my old witch friend went over to her apartment. We all went to her bedroom to hang out, my witch friend decided to look around and make sure everything was in its place, so then we all went into the closet for 5 seconds then we stepped back out and see if anything had changed. We noticed that her nail polish turned around. So we did it again and we did it about 5 more times and the nail polish kept turning. So we pushed everything back on the table.

Then we made our own Ouija board. We started to play Ouija board. We contacted with a little girl who died in 1953. She was about 6 when she died, but she never told us how she died. We asked her if she was sick or murdered, but every time we asked her she would not answer.

We noticed when we were playing there was a shadow of a head in the corner of the room, it moved a little bit at some points and it was the little girl. We also found out that there was a demon also living in her home from the game before that she played with her cousin and they never finished it, we also figured that the demon was the fault for my friends bruises and the urgeS to cut herself.

We got more into playing the game and asking more questions, especially asking the demon more about itself. then at one point a stack of index cards fell on me from behind, I started screaming and crying at the same time, and ran out of the room so scared. I have never felt so scared in my whole life. I didn’t want to go back in that room again.

My friends said it was ok, and my witch friend said that she said a spell to protect us from the demon. After an hour I went back in. We all sat on her bed and then on her doorknob was a purse hanging, the purse started to swish back and forth. I started to get scared. We also noticed that the her nail polish from before was upside down and at the front of the table, when before we pushed everything back on the table. We also never finished the game either. Days passed and she got a couple more bruises on herself. Then I bought her an evil eye bracelet, which is a spiritual sign to protect you from evil spirits. A couple days after I gave it to her, she said that it broke on its own, which also scared me again.

Months passed and she moved out of her apartment to another home. Sometimes I still think about all that happened with my friend. But I know that I will never play that game in my house. I would not want to have a spirit trapped in house because of a game. Thanks for reading my story.

Oh, Abby, please don’t play with those boards -wether at your house or someone else’s. They are nothing but trouble!

  2. Ellen from Florida says:

The demon might still be in the apartment. You had to close the board with prayers and bless the apartment and your selfs because it can follow you. I will pray for your friend! I hope she is doing better and never play with the board.

  3. Pat says:

Abby you just learned a very important lesson. NEVER EVER play with a Ouija board. It is NOT a game… I hope your friend is doing better now that she has moved. You were lucky no-one got hurt any worse than they did. It will pry take an exorcism now to cleanse the apartment of the spirits- especially the demon….thanks for sharing

  4. Karen M. says:

Isn’t it just a game to see who can move the “planchette”? I’ve tried to play with the ouija several tiimes and nothing ever happend. It doesn’t move and I’ve never contacted any spirits!

Why does everyone believe that the supernatural (ghost/demon etc) are straight forward. Let’s say for the sake of argument that i pass away and for what ever reason i am earth bound, don’t you think I would be out there messing with every single little girl and an ouija board? People toss around the word demon very lightly. If there truly was an inhuman spirit, why is it moving htings and making shadows?

I say these things because in a lot of these stories it seems like something serious is going on. What if this little girl is being hurt by someone real or hurting herself. Telling them to get rid of a board doesn’t help. It amazes how many people may go on being abused because people find demons more believeable than a bad parent.

I have a lot of belief in the supernaturla but this site tends ot have too many stories that scream of natural causes. I am sorry for my rant but let’s all be good citizens and help each other.

  8. Bryanne says:

I always read these stories about horrible things that happen with ouija boards. I have played one and nothing bad happened, we did talk to spirits/entities, most of the time being death, but I never feel/felt scared, and we talked to him several times. Has anyone else ever had a good expierence with a ouija board???

  9. Alexander says:

Don’t be a witch and don’t use the Ouija Board, its a bad combination.

  10. Judy says:

Wow. I’ve played it before && I spoke to my boyfriend who passed away in july of 2008. His murder was a mystery but he told me everything when I spoke to him through the board…

  11. picketywitch says:
