My family and I lived in a house once that an old man died in and there was a big back room which was his jewelry making room where he died.
My little brother nearly fell down the steps of the back room so we put a gate there to keep him safe.
Every night we heard stepping on the steps and rattling of the gate and I believe it was the old man going to his jewelry making room to make some jewelry.
We all didn’t like that haunted house so we moved out and as we were driving out of the driveway a curtain lifted up and I saw the old man.

Spirit World is a world where the spirits lives in there. Actually, its’s not separated from this world. But, since the energy vibration level of the spirits is higher than us, we can’t interact normally with this world. Well, you can say that this world is divided to be some layers. Each layers has a different interval of energy level . The higher its vibration level, that world (or layer) will becomes “softer” than the world/layer with lower level. We lives in Physical World, the world where the vibration level is so low, and Spirit World is placed on a higher level than this world. But it’s not separated from this world. Sometime, the barrier between the layers is break, making a rift that allow the layers to be connected each others. At that time, the spirits can interact with humans and vice-versa.
Hi Ben,
Let me answer the second question first, because the first question is way too complicated to be easily answered.
The purpose of life and existence is to grow and learn. Or learn and grow .. spiritually, but we do it physically first, if you think about the fact that we are born as babies and grow and learn as we become adults.
As above, so below. It’s a metaphysical saying. It means that what happens in the heavens happens here on Earth .. and visa versa. Sadly that means that there’s a war in heaven .. and we are manifesting it here on earth. It also means that God is a growing and changing being … and how does s/he grow and change .. by watching us, his/her beautiful creations, in our daily struggle to understand ourselves, and in doing so understand God.
Metaphysicians (we are not doctors) understand that God, in the form of the Christ energy, resides within each of us. (Makes you wonder about the ‘second coming’ when Christ never left). We all have our own personal connection to that profoundly healing energy .. but we also have free will .. the right to choose to ignore the connection if we want to. That doesn’t mean God isn’t watching us, it just means we are not watching God.
So everything I do each day has value, even the small dumb things. Every mistake has value too. To start with, we don’t want to repeat it .. but … what is God learning from our experiences .. from our collective experiences as well. We don’t know, but we probably find out when we return Home (heaven) at the end of our lives. We are all of value to God, Ben, every single one of us. That is something to remember when one is feeling lost and lonely. We are profoundly loved.
What is my understanding of the spirit world? Which bit? What exactly do you mean – can you explain a little more please?
Love & Peace
Ama
